So my Prime Rib came back microwaved, completely dead. "Here ya go" turned on her heals and walked away. So as consumer you start to doubt yourself, did I order it wrong, was it my fault? So she brought the check and I asked her to take the plate and she said "what's wrong, I thought you wanted it medium well, can I get you something else?". Nope! The I remembered...they write everything down. So when she brought the check, I asked to see the order that she wrote, she thumbed though the tickets and stopped.
