I went here after a conference. This place sits across from the Oakland University campus so it was convenient. I had heard of the place but I did not know the ladies that were waitstaff would be dressed in lingerie and thongs. As a guy, I had no complaints. However, it was a surprise. I thought I was at a strip joint for a minute. There were mostly guys here of course. The wait staff was friendly. I only got chips and salsa and a drink while me and my friend talked. Service and atmosphere are both great! However, the food prices are very expensive. We got Loaded Fries $10.99 and Fried Pickles $10.99. Loaded Fries were partially loaded on a small portion of fries and fried pickles were not impressive either. Maybe I should get used to these new inflated restaurant prices. This place has gone completely downhill since it opened in 2022. Horrible management and toxic, annoying regulars have really killed it. The food has really declined too in quality. I used to go a few times a month. Went for my last time ever last week. They don't care about how the place is sinking. There's a few decent girls left, but man... there's not many. A lot of serious loser regulars too. There's one in particular who's incredibly loud, obnoxious and always on his phone. Lots of simps in this place. Had a group of 6 , easy seating on a Sunday night. The service was great, our server was very kind and super sweet as well as every girl we interacted with. Food was mediocre at best. The Philly meat tasted off and we couldn't take more than a bite. Chili was bland. Flatbread was ok, but burnt on every end, I would skip food here and just for got drinks unless your good with a microwaved meal. read more

Here from California and we wanted something to eat. Most of the restaurants in the area close at 10 pm but this place was still opened. For starters there's plenty of parking outside. We entered and there was no wait. There was plenty of tables and booths to select. They also had many flat screened televisions. We found a booth and shortly afterwards our server Haley arrived and took our orders. We ordered appetizers of shrimp and fried pickles. For our main meal my husband ordered the blackened chicken, and shrimp meal and I had the impossible cheese burger. Everything was delicious. I especially loved the fried pickles. Went to a casual visit to twin peaks at around 11PM on a weekday and found the overall experience to be very underwhelming. The servers seemed disinterested ( may be due to it being late) . We had to ask specifically for silverware twice. The table we were seated to had spilled water which we had to clean ourselves. The food spicy chicken chipotle was average . The triple dip nacho which was slightly better was the highlight of an otherwise very mediocre evening. read more

There's not many places you go and get the full package deal- amazing food, top notch service and a fun atmosphere. It's a cozy atmosphere and brings a fun man cave vibe. Maddie was our service and right away could tell it was our first time. She help us navigate the menu and gave us some recommendations, she was super tentative and we never had to ask for anything bc she was already a step ahead. Mary the manager came over and gave us a friendly chat and wanted to ensure everything was satisfying. Let me start off by saying they really aren't kidding when they say "scenic views". This joint is directly due West of southbound North Squirrel road, and we were lucky enough to have a window seat. I saw what had to be the cleanest Dale Earnhardt "intimidator" Monte Carlo in the salt belt, and my buddy saw a couple new Corvettes! Man do those things look like a Ferrari! Anyway, we started with a tall beer each, which was colder than my ex's cabin in Lewiston (no working furnace). We started with an appetizer... Surprise Surprise, the double nachos. Food and beer was exceptional, and the service was quick, but not nearly as quick as my buddy Rick's stroked Iroc with an Edelbrock blower. Highly recommend this joint. Stopped in with a group of 8 around 4:30 on a Friday. The place was pretty dead all and all, got a bit busier before we left around 7. I joined once they already had gotten a table. There wasn't many IPAs to choose from but I did get something and was super pleased with how cold the mug was! Seriously I haven't had a cold mug like this since I don't know when! Our waitress was sweet and attentive. My food and my husbands wings (bone in and Boneless) were cold and soggy along with my sweet potato fries. The spicy garlic wasn't hot maybe a buffalo if that but had food flavor, my boneless wings were just balls of mush absolutely zero crunch kinda like microwaved but wasn't. I feel like the food here has potential but I don't know how they aren't getting it right when they aren't even busy? Came on Saturday night at 7 pm, party of 6. Mozzarella cheese bites were the clear winner, hands down - best thing we ordered - light, airy, cheesy, a little spicy. Other items ordered: Cheeseburger was decent Pineapple Habanero Wings were good Chicken Fingers were overcooked French Fries had no flavor and were cold Chicken Nachos were salty, only had warmed up shredded cheese on them, no real cheese queso, and they failed to add some of the ingredients (i.e. pickled jalapeños) Additionally, our server left much to be desire. She was not very friendly or accommodating, and she had zero sense of urgency, attention to detail, follow up, and follow through. Furthermore, the kitchen was running at a snail's pace. It took 30 minutes to receive one appetizer, an additional 30 minutes for entrees, plus an additional 15 minute wait on the chicken nachos,, where they left items off accidentally and should have been the first entree to be ready (I don't recommend the nachos). And lastly, all of the eating plates were dirty as well as some of the napkins and silverware. We had to request that new items be washed and brought to us for use. So basically, if you are coming for a beer or two and to watch a sports game, you will be fine. Anything additional, go elsewhere. read more

Went here for the opening game to the '23 Michigan Football season. Got here at 11:50 and asked if they were gonna put the Michigan game on. The bartender said they'll have it on and their TVs switch at noon automatically. So I order a pint and proceed to watch a screen across from me about 40' away and at the end of the restaurant about 60' away go black at 12:00p. Apparently they weren't ready to put the game on because it was on Peacock TV. And only had planned to put a couple 48" screens on the game!? Called Red Ox Tavern at 12:10 and they had the game on. Paid for a beer that I had drank down barely the head of and didn't want to waste 5 more minutes to quibble with their manager about their poor decisions on a game day. The chain Twin Peaks opened a location very close to our house a few weeks and we finally got around to trying it this afternoon. Staff was very nice. Tons of TVs everywhere you looked. Decor was great with lots of stuffed animal heads to watch over us. My wife just wanted an iced tea to drink but they were out. Hmmm. Fortunately, they still had beer so I was all set! The menu has a very large selection of draft and bottled beers as well as a ton of mixed drinks. The drinks came and we were set to order food. We had both decided to try the Smoked Pork Cubano. Alas, we were informed they were out of that. Guess they are still working out the amount of food and drink necessary to make it through the day or week? So, my wife settled on the Salmon and I asked Hailey what she recommended. Crispy Chicken Sandwich so I went with that. 15 minutes later we were served. My wife loved her salmon...moist and well cooked. My sandwich was huge! I'm not a huge fan of that when it's so big it's difficult to eat, but the flavor was great and the chicken was very moist. The fries that came with it were seasoned great as well...10/10! We will be back for sure to try more of the many delicious looking items on their menu. Just hope they don't run out :-) read more

Came here twice, first time was great, everyone was attentive food was on point. Second time was a disaster, service was good, they weren't to busy, it was Memorial Day. Ordered an appetizer it was fine, when our meals came out it was rough. I ordered 12 wings and side of slaw, waited 30 min after we got the appetizer, a server came out and the plate had 8 wings, 2 of them had no sauce, she said "the rest would come out soon, I'm just running the food for your server, I don't know why your missing wings and 2 are lonely and naked". OKAY, wings were cold, coleslaw was warm as if it was sitting under the warmer, Than our server came out with 4 random wings 5 min later. At this point I was a bit irritated and lost my appetite. Wife ordered fish and chips, her fries were dry and cold and her fish tasted very greasy, she wasn't happy either. So we asked for a manager and the food was taken off the bill. Manager said they we're having staffing issues, I feel like that's becoming the go to excuse, your the manager on duty so your in charge and reflect on the employees. I went there for lunch a couple of weeks ago, and the service was awful. Server didn't smile, had no energy, and didn't even thank us for coming in that day. She seemed as if she didn't want to be there. I only left a tip because she did refill our drinks. The food was excellent, otherwise I would have given a lower rating. I did write management about my experience and they didn't respond, so that is very disappointing. read more
