(I'll go with Jordan since all of the other reviewers mention Jordan) at ODM and explained that we were stranded and unable to move the trailer. Jordan, sensing our urgent predicament said that his schedule was full, but would squeeze us in. True to his word, he showed up with Danny to where we were stranded after hours with everything needed to repair and replace. The repair ended up being more complicated than originally thought and some grinding and welding was needed. Jordan was very knowledgeable and explained what was needed and why. He and Danny got us fixed up and back on the road under 2 hours. We appreciated their professionalism, friendliness, and fair pricing.

Johnny arrived to eval the problem with the iron gate, and within a few minutes, outlined how he would essentially re-engineer, disassemble, reassemble, and it would not only fix the aggravating opening and closing problems. In the end, it was done perfectly true, square, and spaced = above and beyond its original state. Superb workmanship and professionalism and NO price gouging like nearly everyone else. Very happy. They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.
