You could choose between 4 meat options for the taco plate (chicken, beef fajita, carnitas or pastor). They forgot to bring the vegetarian option that I requested, but were able to create a quesadilla on the fly, with onions, cilantro, cheese & sauce for my vegetarian guests. Now, I've eaten a lot of tacos in my time, and when I tell you that these were the best pastor tacos that have ever grazed my food chompers in this lifetime...babyyyyyy! Since I hosted the event, I also taste tested the birria tacos (for research purposes) and they were just as flavorful and delicious as a taco eating patron like myself could ever hope for. The gentleman explained the options on their menu. Mainly tacos or quesadillas, in beef, pork, or chicken. They did offer Apple Pay, but for some reason the system wasn't working. They also have two salsas. Both were spicy to me. I would have like some fresh pico de gallo or lettuce. I really wanted something fresh on my taco to help juice it up.
