Healthy Omelette
Jason M.

Your normal average cafe in the heart of the Hamptons. This is one of the last reasonable spots out in the hamptons. They have limited space and make the most of it. This translates to very little leg room. The food is good when it comes hot. The Healthy omelette is a good choice here. The service here is good. They take care of you here. This place is nothing special (which is why people like it). What you pay for is what you get.

I came in with my service animal and this woman was an absolute wretch of a person and wouldn't allow us to be seated. She kept demanding an ID card, which I tried to educate her that service animals are not required to have an ID under the ADA and told her what she could ask and she still refused us seating. I've went ahead and attached some photos for her reference so maybe she can educate herself and not treat another person the same way she treated me. Terrible service.

Avocado Toast and Eggs
Angie Y.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Smaller diner esque "greek restaurant" that offers some classic diner staples such as pancakes and eggs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Came here on a Thursday and the place was really packed, service was friendly but super slow for coming to a place with a handful of tables at 1pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered the avocado toast with eggs and it was worse than the avocado toast I prepare at home for around $18 dollars. Toast is literally on whole wheat wonder bread, avocado was hacked and not completely ripe, eggs were wet which made the toast soggy. Underdressed side "salad" which was just arugula and tomatoes. Overall not worth the wait or the visit here despite the many reviews on google.

Parthenon Omelette
Gabriela D.

Our waiter was very sweet and the prices were reasonable enough for the Hamptons. The food was classic diner food. I like the Parthenon omelette but it wasn't anything special. The muffins were decent and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the interior was clean but dated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came at 9:15 on a Sunday and had no wait but it definitely picked up by 10.

Great soups! I love the down home coziness to this diner style cafe in an upscale town. My favorite soup is the Lentil.

Good solid diner, good breakfast. Nice staff, consistent food, reasonably priced especially for the east end.

I go in for an Eggs Benedict or a salad from time to time, not bad, good service, decent prices, always clean.

I was surprised by a generous Greek salad and also delicious large pieces of hot garlic bread, both included!

No creamy lusciousness. No herby clammy umami. They sell clam juice. They should use it. I bought it, tasted it, added everything I could think of to make it taste like something but nada. Didn't mention It's watery? Zero clam taste? There are clams for sure, but I doubt they are fresh. Ps I hate potatoes in my soup. It's a cheap lazy way to add bulk, but red potatoes??? After tasting it, I was so mad that I thought to go back and nicely tell them to stop cutting corners as this will only lead to the closure of yet another failed biz, but instead I threw it out. These owners own a few places out here. Why would u mess with tried and true recipes? You have to spend money to make money. Sell less junk! She helped me navigate how much we would need and the best part- they cook we eat! The lobsters were delicate and not overcooked and the clams; I'm not a big clam person but I devoured more than my fair share for sure. We also got a container of their garlic butter OMG. By the end of the meal we were all doing butter shots! Thank you Stuart's for a fab experience.
