HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and honestly I am not dreading my next appointment.

I have an illnesses which causes me to vomit frequently, sometimes with no warning. I had an episode while in the Martin Dentistry office some time ago. It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. Now I consider them unreliable.

He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect! He or his staff could've mentioned this when we scheduled the appointment, but they did not. I was disappointed I'd have to make a second trip, but I was easy going about it. "Fair enough. Let's get me scheduled for a cleaning, and then we'll reschedule the procedure no problem." Then, he told me he needs to charge me for the visit when literally all he did was tell me I needed a cleaning. I politely raised the question to the staff as I was checking out. "I'm confused. Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. There are much better options nearby by professional, courteous dentists. Stay away from Walker!

I'm so thankful that I found Dr. Holt and her team. They are super, super nice and incredibly humane - meaning they aren't judgemental and they're upfront with costs. They also give it to you straight, and/or take the time to explain what's going on and answer questions. They refused to fix it. One of my family members recommended Advanced Family Dentistry. Not only was I told they were warm and courteous, but they also had late afternoon appointments available. I changed dentists post-haste. Dr. Arazi, Dr. Taler, and the employees who work at Advanced Family Dentistry are all consummate professionals. The last episode was when my left sinus grew into the place where my tooth belonged. It was a complicated procedure for her to remedy, but remedy it she did. I literally had no pain during the surgery and little to none for the rest of the day. What impressed me this time was her assurance that she monitors all the details of my visits--even cleaning. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Kurtis Langdon for a dental emergency. I cannot say enough…read morehow wonderful the staff was in getting me in quickly. I called in the morning one day and was seen within 2 hours which I really appreciated as the tooth was a great concern. When I went for the visit, Dr. Langdon was friendly and put me at ease as he explained what my xray revealed. I saw Dr. Langdon two days later (today) to have the crown placed on the tooth. He was caring, gentle and very attuned to my comfort. The dental chair had massage features. I was able to watch HGTV while the crown was prepared. It was very comfortable! As a senior citizen, I have been to many dentists in my life and Dr. Langdon ranks among the best if not the best! He made a crown right in HIS office without messy trays that I always dreaded. I arrived at 7:45 AM, I was out at 10AM. He has early hours 2 days a week to accommodate working people or anyone who wants their dental work done as soon as possible. The office staff of Genevive and Laura and the dental assistant, Kaitlyn, who helped Dr. Langdon with my crown were all very caring and made me feel appreciated. His office has a convenient parking lot. The office is clean, modern and very patient friendly. Dr. Langdon is a dentist I will be recommending to my family and friends, as he is extremely skilled and personable. Highly recommended!
