I experienced pain, water kept spilling on my face, and my treatment was not done properly. When I asked about teeth whitening, I was given excuses and pressured to do other treatments or come back another time. Most recently, my husband was told his procedure was covered by insurance, given local anesthesia, and only afterward was told it wasn't covered and asked to pay thousands of dollars. Staff gave conflicting information and delayed his care. Overall, there are serious issues with patient care, communication, and billing. I do not recommend this clinic.

The receptionists were always very friendly and informative/answered any questions I had. Pam and Dr. William Adams were so great. They made me feel comfortable and informed during all of my visits/follow-ups and they both helped me understand the why's and explained my X-Rays to me until I understood. During the extraction, Dr. Adams did a great job at informing what he was doing and about to do so I wasn't clueless. Regardless of being naturally tense and anxious for dental services they made me feel as comfortable as possible. Although I had good experiences at this place, I hope to never come back lol.

My dentist said they will provide the referral and 3D scan to the root canal specialists I chose. I contacted Indy Endodontics (IE) because they accepted my dental insurance and received very good reviews. Upon contacting IE it didn't take to long to find out they wanted to charge me up to $315 to do another 3D scan. This was evident when they would not look at the 3D scan my dentist sent them on a CD and then attach in an email using Dropbox. I do not recommend this practice as long as they give a potential patient the run around. It is hard enough to go through a root canal when you have to have a crown drilled through to remove the calcified nerve. I live in the Cincinnati area, so driving 2 hours to Indiana for a dentist appointment sounded a little crazy at first -- but it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health. Dr. Deldar specializes in TMJ, which can cause migraines, tinnitus, and vertigo (I had all 3). He used a 3D cone beam scan and verified that I did in fact have TMJ. I was 100% comfortable starting the treatment plan on my very first visit. In fact, he was adamant about me taking time to think about everything we went over, including pricing. You will never feel pressured by Dr. Deldar to commit to treatment, which I find to be a rare quality these days. Fast forward... I have been pain free since I began wearing my neuromuscular orthotic! Dr. Deldar is not like any other dentist. He listened when I spoke. He asked questions that led to real answers. He takes the time to educate you on what you are seeing on your scans and how the jaw, muscles, and anatomy all work together before you even begin treatment.
