Hibiscus Women's Center is exactly what I was looking for, full service women's health care. They…read moreeven have lab drawing services in their office. Dr. Elhusein is friendly, thorough and informative. She took time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. The staff are efficient and helpful. I was in and out within a half hour. One important note, located a couple miles away is Hibiscus Women's Care. They are not affiliated this practice. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way and went to the wrong office on my first visit.

Pregnant mamas highly encourage you to find another practice! The bedside manner is terrible and…read moreyour needs will not be met. It's very disheartening. I've suffered from depression and anxiety the whole pregnancy and just get brushed aside. I get told I'll get a script for something and it's never received. I got an ultrasound with Kelly and felt like I was just a number. She got me out of there as fast as possible and made the whole thing so negative when I had so many questions and had been so excited to see the baby since it has been months. Impossible to get through to the phones and speak to anyone and when you do there's no appointments available. This is my second time using this practice and I truly regret not finding a better option but too late to switch :-( A few of the midwives are wonderful but unfortunately you will get some random person most likely you have never met for your actual delivery that will call you by a different name your whole labor (that's what happened to me with my first :-(

Did NOT enjoy my visit with Juan Reinoso. I've been very concerned about a couple of things and he…read morewas in such a hurry to get out and go home he basically ignored every single concern (I was the last patient of the day). I told him I had a Pap smear last year and that OB recommended I only need one every 3 years, yet he insisted anyway. Completely blew past all my concerned and seemed bored by my presence. Absolutely will NOT visit him again. I was anxious to get some help and find some answers, and was completely blown off. 90% of the staff I met was no joy, either... the only reason I gave two stars was because Renoso's nurse was a JOY. She was the only kind person I came across in my visit. Unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for the rest of the rude staff and doctor.

I saw Dr. Juan Reinoso and I declined a pelvic exam at my visit and requested a female provider. Instead of respecting my decision, I was met with dismissive behavior, frequent interruptions, and a refusal to allow me to fully explain my concerns. Shortly after exercising my right to decline the exam, I was discharged from the practice. This felt retaliatory and deeply unsettling, especially as a pregnant patient seeking routine care. I did not feel respected, heard, or supported, and the interaction left me feeling gaslit rather than cared for. Patients should never be punished for asserting consent or advocating for themselves. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider to anyone who values respectful, patient-centered, or trauma-informed care.

The most unprofessional and poorly managed front office I have ever experienced in my entire life,…read morehad my partner in tears after blatantly lying to her face. You call and call and you can't get anyone on the phone. If you are early: appointment canceled. If you are late: appointment canceled. It is like trying to hit a moving target trying to see the OB/GYN there! Dr.Hayes is an excellent Doctor, however we have decided to find another OB/GYN because of treatment from the front office. The last two visits were the 'straw the broke the camels back' for us: we were seven, seven...SEVEN minutes late coming to Melbourne from Cocoa and they said we would have to reschedule. Were we upset? Sure, it was a little absurd...but I am a man of principal and late is late, so we rescheduled for the following day for 10:15am (I was there and I heard the front office in scheduling say 10:15am). We arrive at 10:00am the next day, early, and they refuse to see us stating our appointment was for 9:50am, that we were 10 minutes late, and that we would have to reschedule. My partner was extremely upset, rightfully, and the front office was not kind to her at all. That was the last straw...we requested our medical records and left. Like I said, Dr.Hayes is great...but it isn't worth dealing with unnecessary stress.

When I asked to see Dr. Hayes after the PA was unable to address my issue, I was told to leave - never saw the Dr. or had my medical issue addressed!
