this doctor is very into statins, and I am frightened of them, so it was not a good match.

One star because I can't give zero stars. The office staff and nurse in the back are beyond lazy…read moreand not helpful at all. They run around without supervision. No communication between doctor and staff. Can never get medication refills on the first try, has taken months in the past. Wrong pill or wrong tablet. Forget trying to get referrals. You will have to make multiple phone calls to the office and speak to people that just don't care. Then you need to call the new doctor/s and explain why they don't have the paperwork. Then back and forth multiple times. So frustrating. Uncaring, lazy, unsupervised. You are merely a co-pay to them, not a patient in need. I would go elsewhere and avoid the headache! Good luck!

They are the worse you will ever encounter. I wanted to get copies of my medical records so I called the office & got the front desk person who is Linda. I asked her how to get my medical records & she told me that Omni should have sent an Internet link. I told her that I didn't get it. She said that she would submit my e-mail address again & I would get the link. I didn't get it so I called Linda again & she said I didn't give her my correct e-mail address so we went over that again. Ok now we made sure the address was correct and Linda sent it again & told me to give it some time & I would get the link. I waited & by the next day I still didn't have the link so I called Linda again & she check the address again. I suggested that she should sent me an e-mail from her e-mail as a test & I would sent it back as a test at first she was resistant to the idea but then she decided it was a good idea. I asked her if she checked with Omni, who is the provider of the medical records and she said no. I said her doctor pays for the service shouldn't she inform him that it isn't working. She didn't care instead she said she would tell her office manager & her name is Terry & she wanted me to call them. Terry is a real piece of work she is as lazy & incompetent as Linda. Linda went on to tell me that other patients have had the same problem but no one did anything about it. Ok, I said I will pick up my records & I was informed that I would have to sign a release & and then come back in 14 day because they have to go into the archives to get the records. My only appointment was on May 15, 2019 so I said that was crazy. Terry also told me that I had to pay for the records and I said No! If your office worked properly I could get my own records from their portal I would not have to come to the office to get them. This is Terry & Linda's job & they get paid but they are incompetent, lazy rude and all around useless. I don't even consider them mediocre worker they are just awful & when I asked for Dr, McGarth to give me a call Terry told me No. I wanted to let him know that I would be changing doctors that that level of incompetence trickles down to the patient.
