My cheekbones were damaged, my face was badly bruised, and the sagging skin on my neck and jowls worsened after treatment. I have been receiving anti-aging treatments for years, and this is undoubtedly the worst decision that I have made. For practitioners and recipients who are not aware, there is a specific diagram for each problem area when injecting fillers. I would greatly appreciate it if you did not insult my intelligence by telling me that I have to put on makeup to see the results, and when I mentioned my previous experiences, your answer was, "Some people do not mesh together." Please acquaint yourself with the facial diagram before this company ends up with a lawsuit. This company is in total denial. The owners have chosen to have a stand-off with their customers rather than rectify the problems. These negative reviews and unsolved issues will only lead to more stringent regulations of med spas. I was so incredibly happy after our consult. Then I went to see his care coordinator. She told me the price of lipo + renuvion for 360 and arms plus implants would be $55,000. This is SO much higher than anywhere else. He also charges a planning fee of $2,500, which no other surgeon charges. When I balked at the price, she said "why don't we pull up your pictures while we talk about this". This felt like an attempt to body shame someone into spending $55k on a surgery, which I find DISGRACEFUL. When I called her out on it, she said she was going to show me where the implants would go (and here I thought they went in the thighs?) and then said it wouldn't really be me, just a stimulated body. Yes, she said stimulated, repeatedly. By the time we left, it was $50,000 and she stated that it was never 55, despite two of us having seen her screen. After we left, the office manager called and apologized, then said we could work on the price. She repeatedly reiterated that Dr. Castellon is triple board certified and that is why his price is so high. The American Board of Medical Specialties says that he is board certified as a plastic surgeon. The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery does not have a record of Dr. Castellon, nor does The American Board of Surgeons. I'm not questioning his abilities, as it is clear that he is a skilled surgeon (check out his before and afters). However, the accrediting boards that provide the typical certifications do not corroborate this statement. If you combine the facility fee, anesthesia fee, planning fee, and surgeon fee for breast implants it would be $20,000. Their website says that breast surgery ranges from $5,000 to $10,000 depending on if you need a lift or not. I understand this was published five years ago, but the price of implants has not doubled in five years. It is a massive shame what seems like an incredible appointment with an amazing surgeon turned into a timeshare style nightmare.

I booked my…read moreappt on a Friday at 1:00 and showed up at 12:45... at 1:15 I the receptionist got a call that Morgan, the therapist was not planning on coming anymore. I brushed it off and rescheduled. The following Friday I show up again to receive an oxygen facial (The Groupon was for an oxygen facial purchased at $39) Come to find out they were only willing to deduct the $39 from the entire price of the facial which was about $170. Instead, I looked at their "menu" located at the front reception desk that had all of their services and prices and decided to go with a Micro Derm that was priced at $39. The receptionist explained that it was not a big deal to make the change (meanwhile I will still waiting for Morgan to arrive). The actual micro derm was a pleasant experience, Morgan was up beat and positive and we got along great, which is why this review is somewhat hard to write. When I got to the check out, I was expecting to pay the price of the micro derm that was in the brochure and the price that was confirmed by the receptionist of $39, that matched my Groupon. Morgan swiftly came behind the counter and said, "My Micro-Derms are actually $80." I looked at the receptionist and said, "You told me $39 and it also says $39 right here." The reply from Morgan was "That's the starting price." And the receptionist had to go back and edit the price to fit Morgans $80. I did not receive any special treatment nor did I accept anything special during my procedure when offered. It was clear that she was indeed churning in order to make a quick buck. I decided to review simply because I was mislead and swindled... I was mainly more offended because Morgan did such a great job building re pour that I felt burned and like I just spent the last 30 minutes with a deceptive used car salesman. I didn't mind paying the extra $40, it wasn't about the money, it was about getting taken advantage of. I truly help that this review benefits both Morgan and the spa and that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

She was about to start injecting god knows where before I had to stop her and tell her what I wanted. She ended up putting some of the product back and very quickly injected randomly on my forehead. She didn't take any time to map out my face, it felt like she just started poking. She did not make it a personalized experience. And the worst part was her sales tactics. She tried to pressure me from the moment I walked in to buy everything from a package of injectables (that I didn't want nor need) to anything at her yoga studio next door. Will never return.
