He was recommended to me by an acquaintance who had nothing but great things to say about him and he's certainly lived up to the hype! The entire team is is always very friendly, professional, approachable, and helpful. Dr. Benezra himself is an excellent OB/GYN and a compassionate individual. Never before has any OB/GYN treated me with as much respect or understanding as Dr. Benezra. Rather than impose any political, religious, or personal beliefs, he listens to me and respects my needs. He's made me feel completely comfortable throughout every office visit and surgical procedure. His bedside manner is great -- he even calls personally following surgery to make sure everything is ok! After contacting the pharmacy for medication prescribed by Nurse Practitioner I was informed that I needed insurance pre authorization. Contacted and left a few messages to NP assistance who informed ME that I needed to contact the pharmacy and have them "start prior authorization ". I asked why she couldn't do that and I was informed she was too busy as if I was not too busy with my work. I cannot say enough good things about my gynecologist and her amazing assistant, Kelly. From the moment I walk in, Kelly is the one who takes me back, and she is always so kind, patient, and understanding. She makes me feel comfortable right away, which is something I really value during these types of appointments. My gynecologist Cori herself is just as incredible--she listens without rushing, explains everything thoroughly, and is so compassionate and accommodating with my needs. I never feel judged or brushed off; instead, I feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. Finding a doctor's office that makes you feel this comfortable is rare, and I feel very lucky to have them both as part of my care team. 1 star is a reflection of the staff, not Dr Benezra. Dr Benezra is great. I had told a nurse practitioner that I had seen for my annual pap that I was interested in an endometrial ablation, which I had briefly discussed with Dr Benezra in the past. She had me make an appt for 3 months later which I had assumed was to talk to Dr Benezra about the procedure. I got there and they wanted me to do an ultrasound (not related to the procedure). I was never told that I was going to have an ultra sound and my appt wasn't even with Dr. Benezra. I don't know why I was there then. I left without seeing anyone. The manager later called me and I said that I wanted to see Dr Benezra about birth control options/endometrial ablation. She said I was there about abnormal blood results. I hadn't had the blood drawn before I made the appt so that made no sense. Dr Benezra later called me and told me the test results which I already knew since his office called me months ago with the results. The staff obviously didn't communicate to him what I wanted and since I was at work I couldn't really discuss it on the phone. Dr Benezra is great but I will have to find another Dr since his staff cant properly communicate with myself or him about my concerns. I'd rather not find another Dr, but I don't have much of a choice. read more

I could not recommend this place enough!! Dr. Benezra is by far the best doctor I have ever gone to. He not only heard me, but actually LISTENED to me! He made me feel 100% comfortable about my situation and eased my anxiety. He was happy to answer all questions I had, took his time to really understand what was happening, and I walked out feeling informed and not rushed. Dr. Benezra actually CARED about me & made me feel like I've known him forever! He is now my go-to doctor for all my woman's health. The office staff are absolutely amazing & their customer service skills are top notch. They make you feel very welcome like family, not like you're just another person in line! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Benezra and his staff. The staff is always extremely pleasant, professional and very quick to address whatever needs I have. As far as Dr. Benezra, he definitely lives up to his outstanding reputation. He performed surgery on me just 3 days ago and it could not have gone better. He makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process (his bedside manner is always great no matter what you are there for). I assumed I would be in a lot of pain after the surgery but I'm happy to say that hasn't been the case at all. Dr. Benezra and his staff are truly the benchmark for their profession. read more

I went twice to Cori Kellner, ARNP in 2018 and 2019 and was given 15mg of an appetite suppressant which worked fine. I went back this year,2024, and requested the same drug and dosage. I was given the same drug but instead, the dosage was 37.5mg. I had several horrific reactions to the medication (tongue swollen, jaw locked, and abdominal bleeding). I went into the office, paid an additional $25.00, and was told by her assistant to stop taking the pills and that they would call my pharmacy with the proper dosage. I was prescribed 30mg. (Twice the dosage). 10 days later, Palm Bay Hospital admitted and treated me for 5 days for serious burns and bleeding. While in the hospital, the assistant called me saying they started all "New patients" on 15mg. I tried to explain I had not been there for 6 years and her voice began to elevate. I have always trusted my doctors. I learned a different lesson. read more

Terrible would not do surgery I needed and second. Cause I been complaining cause I been suffering since last July? Asked if I was mentally companent? Who hell do they thing they are? And hate these Doctors that want do surgery at surgery centers? There stupid? Have major surgery and after awhile ship your home and probably in pain, and if they give you pain medicine and don't work ? You got suffer all night , until next day and hope their open and will give you a prescription for something else? I like old days stay in regular hospital at least over night so then nurse and put in Iv after awhile something else ? Instead ship you home and pain is always worst at night? It's like suffer bitch? Abhorrent experience. I had to cancel and leave before I was even called back for the first appointment with this office because the staff were busy openly and loudly discussing their very red political opinions. I don't go to a physicians office for politics- I go for what is supposed to be quality care. Quality care does NOT include politically or religiously motivated agendas on either side of the aisle. In the current political climate this is absolutely disgusting behavior and an utter waste of my time. Vile office staff. She really works at your pace, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is! The office itself is nice and everyone working there has been extremely kind.
