I received a confirmation text both last week and this week, so I confirmed my appointment and assumed I was good to go. I drove 40 minutes from home to the appointment and I arrived to an empty office. There was no sign on the doors or desk, so I assumed they were out at lunch. I tried calling the office multiple times and got no answer. After waiting nearly 30 minutes I went and asked the person who was screening at the door. She also had no idea what was going on but was able to make a phone call and found out that the dentist was actually out on vacation. I had no prior knowledge of this. I never received a phone call to cancel or reschedule. What could have been a VERY easy phone call lead to unnecessary travel in the middle of a pandemic and was a huge waste of my time.

They called me a week before my appointment and let me know that my old insurance isn't in effect, which I had to resend the information and as again for them to verify that our dentists were in-network. Before and after our cleaning, we asked for them to verify the network status our our insurance, which we were told that they did and there were no co-pays. a few weeks later I received a bill in the mail for my spouses cleaning with a co-pay of $73.20 because her dentist was considered out-of-network! When confronted with the issue, they said that they are too busy to verify network status of their patients!
