The first two kids appointments have been canceled and they asked me to call back and reschedule them. I called back, asked why they are being canceled and they told me the provider would not be in those days. I asked when the next available appointment would be then because we have already waited 6 months for these appointments and the guy stated they are now booked solid for the next year and can't put me anywhere on the schedule and the next best thing he could do was to put me on a cancellation list. Are you kidding me??! I waited 6 months for this? I could have had them seen somewhere else by now. horrible horrible business practice! I will never go thereand I will never recommend anyone else going there either!

First impressions are the receptionists were making fun of a lady who…read moreneeded to reschedule to pick up her child because her appointment was at 2:40 and she thought she'd be done by 3:10 then they were all laughing because her appointment was to get 2 teeth removed but she has a bunch missing. Second impression is I told them beforehand that I was breastfeeding they said it's fine then right after the procedure was over the dentist told me to wait 24 hours which if I wouldn't known that I would've simply rescheduled so I could make a supply ahead of time cause wtf am I supposed to do just not feed my baby for 24 hours? My third and final complaint is during my procedure (1 tooth extraction) the dentist was using a drill and caught my lip which wasn't numb at all so of course I moved and said you cut my lip which was literally bleeding then got an attitude and told me to not move and then blamed it on the other lady saying you must of got her lip with the suction like no bitch she didn't suction my lip you literally cut tf out it. They're all rude there and don't care apparently I had high hopes for this office but I'll definitely be making the drive to Kanes office from now on cause they're alot more respectful and actually listen and care about the patients and they're children
