Worst dealership ever. I had the air conditioner on my Ram 1500 repaired under warranty. It took 3 months! I had to pay over $1500 in rental car before the gave me one that was supposed to be from the beginning. I have a tracker tag hidden in the truck that showed it spent a weekend near Pompano airport which they denied. A new dashboard which is covered under warranty has been on order for over 2 years. Had an issue with the bumper, so brought it back to them. They told me it's a common issue, but not covered under warranty. They'll do me a favor since I bought it there and see what they can do. After they had my vehicle for 4 days they said they couldn't do anything and would have to charge me to fix it. I thought that was a little strange, so I went to a different dealership. That different dealership.Yes, everything that you are having an issue with is covered under warranty. They also won't put your vehicle back together correctly. This was hands-down the WORST service experience I have ever had with my vehicle. From start to finish, I felt completely disregarded and strung along. I was originally told I would have the diagnostics in 48 hours. Instead, I waited five days with no update. During this time, I wasn't even offered a loaner vehicle--which is absolutely unacceptable considering I have two young kids and depend on having transportation. After begging for one, it took two weeks before I finally received a loaner. When I was told my car would be ready "in a couple of days," I actually believed it--big mistake. Another full week went by with zero progress. The excuse I was given? That it was "End of Month." Translation: warranty work clearly isn't a priority here, and I found that dismissive and insulting. To make matters worse, after all that wasted time, my vehicle was returned to me with the exact same issue I brought it in for--dashboard error lights still flashing. So what was even done? This dealership is the slum of all dealerships. Sketchy AF. If you bought a jeep here then good luck when you need a repair. Nearly 3 weeks with not a single update on my jeep. I call dozens after dozens of times. GM is invisible and the service dept is run by clueless people who will "fix" your jeep only to have to bring it back within 4 weeks. Nobody is on the same page, nobody can answer question. The good treatment ends the minute you drive off the lot. Had I looked at reviews for this place prior I would not have come here. So I leave this as a warning. DO NOT GO TO JOEY ACCARDI FOR ANYTHING. Find another dealer who will treat you like a valued customer. The service staff has changed and they are great. Hannah made my appointment over the phone, needed the ignition switch replaced as it fell out and explained that the engine was rattling while at a stop light or in park. Ended up needing 2 motor mounts replaced. The parts needed to be ordered which took a month but when the parts arrived they got my car in and work completed promptly. Hannah was great to work with she was very attentive to getting my car fixed. I am pleased that they have gotten rid of the lazy service staff and have competent caring staff now read more

I came in to grab some parts for my car and the service manager was so enthusiastic that he laid everyone off to build a new crew and give him an opportunity. I brought my truck here and sure enough. I took my car a few weeks back cause it would not start. They took the car in, but they do not give you a rental car here in Florida. In NY, we get a rental car from the dealership. Here, they could care less. I get the car back after 2 weeks and almost $1000 in rental vehicles. But the check engine light was new, the Blind Spot Warning light stayed on constantly, and the remote engine start did not work. I tried to bring it back since it is under warranty after spending 2 weeks. The person I dealt with was a great guy, and he did everything he could, but he is restricted by Accardi B, who seems to think customer service does not matter. I was told this morning that management will not accept cars until after February 18. Good luck getting your car back on time. I decided that we were going to take the car back to NY, where our dealerships put pride in their customer service and treat customers with respect and dignity, unlike Accardi. I tried to email Julie Chapman, Vice president & partner, and the owner, Joey Accardi, BUT of course, no one ever got back to me, nor do they care. Being from NY, we are used to good quality customer service and how NY businesses treat their customers with respect and dignity. In Florida, no one seems to care, nor do they put any stock into customer loyalty. They know how to treat customers like their prized possessions. It is frustrating and annoying. After thinking this through, we decided to drive the car back to our NY Dealership because we were done with Accardi. Their service department has 1 technician. ONE! For a dealership this size you'd think there'd be more. Anyway, I had my car towed in, spent $780 to get it fixed. As I'm leaving the lot, they told me the check engine light (which was not on when I dropped it off) would go off after 50 miles... 300 miles later it's still on. Additionally I realize the horn is also not working. Dropped my car back off on Sunday & was assured they'd get it to the next day. By Tuesday I left 5 messages to get an update, no one called me back. Wednesday same thing. Thursday same thing! By Friday I drove up there and the service advisor Dane Walker said it's being looked at now and should be done by end of day. Around 330pm Friday, Dane calls and say everything is fine, the car is safe to drive. The horn should be working, they checked it twice, but another issue was discovered and now they have to order a part... so the check engine light will still be on. I come pick up the car, order the part and drive off the lot. Two miles later I discover the horn still doesn't work. I turn around and drive back to the dealership! I tell Dane the horn doesn't work, he nonchalantly says it "was working when we tried it." Dude really?! It was working an hour ago for you all but it's magically not working for me now??? While I should have called him a liar- I simply say, "how can I trust that my car is safe to drive like you told me it was- when the very issue you said was fixed, in fact wasn't?!" He just stares at me. I ask when the service tech will be in on Saturday, he tells me to come back in the morning around 9. I've been without my truck for over a week and no one can even tell me what they did or did not fix. Now, not only am I nervous about driving my truck, I don't know if these people are even competent enough to fix it. I went in to the show room to look for a JL Jeep Wrangler. Upon finding a 2019 Sport Unlimited I asked for a purchase order to present to my bank Navy Federal Credit Union. First they told me that the sales price would be higher if I bought that same vehicle through my own personal bank! Next they refused to give me a purchase order and basically asked me to leave. On March 31, 2025, we went to the Joey Accardi dealership in Pompano Beach, Florida looking to lease our third Jeep and return the Jeep we currently have because the lease had ended. They did not have the specific Jeep we were looking for, so we left. The next day, since our Jeep's lease had ended and we had to return it to a Jeep dealership, we called Ally Insurance to find out where we could return our Jeep. Ally told us that the same Joey Accardi dealership in Pompano Beach we had visited the day before was on the list of dealerships authorized to accept Jeeps whose lease had ended, so we went back. When we arrived with the Jeep, the General Manager (Mr. Giovanni Hidalgo, according to his employee) told us he could not accept the vehicle due to insurance issues. I knew he was lying so I called Ally Insurance again and gave the phone to Mr. Hidalgo so they could talk. He immediately took the speaker phone off (so I couldn't hear all their conversation) and told the Ally rep that they shouldn't be talking. He gave me back the phone visibly upset. The Ally rep told me Mr. Hidalgo did not want to speak with her but that he was supposed to accept the vehicle. She also told me that she was going to document this event because it had to be reported. I then called Jeep Customer Service who also confirmed that this Joey Accardi Dealership in Pompano Beach was authorized to accept the vehicle. The Rep at Jeep also told me they were going to document the dealership's behavior and they would report it as well. Both Ally and Jeep confirmed that Mr. Hidalgo was lying when he said he could not accept the Jeep. When you lease a vehicle like Jeep, you expect good customer service from beginning to the end of the lease but dealing with this dealership was very disappointing. They really damage the Jeep's brand name and reputation. Not only because they didn't accept the vehicle they were supposed to accept but also because the GM lied to us several times, which was confirmed by both Jeep and Ally Insurance. If he had nothing to hide or lie about, there was no reason to have to take the speaker phone off and not speak to the Ally rep. If this is the sub-standard customer service they provide and how they treat a loyal customer who was trying to return a lease in order to lease a third Jeep, I'm never going to that dealership again and wouldn't recommend anybody going there either. read more

Went to get an airbag light checked. Charged $280 for a diagnosis fee. Told me I need $1500 of work for a new seat airbag. Took it for a second opinion and turns out the airbag system in the seat simply got unplugged. This place doesn't care about even looking at the problem. All they do is plug the computer in and tell you a diagnosis code. Don't even look at the actual issue to verify. read more

While the guys that work there are nice, they cannot get the job done in any reasonable amount of time. I went in today for an 8am oil change with an appointment. By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with, the body shop didn't absolute horrible job on a repair on my son's brand new Durango. Then the brand new Durango is 5000 miles on it had to cool and hose break brought back overheated again, they said it was an air bubble, gave the car back again overheated the third time, had to take apart, the heads and fix an internally. This review is based on the service department per our visit. My wife's Subaru Forester is 6 months old. Even she didn't drive that much and the mileage is way under the required mileage for service, but I think we still need to at least get the oil changed. Since we get 2 years free maintenance from Subaru, I made an appointment for yesterday morning. We didn't buy our car from this dealer, but since this dealer is little bit closer to where we live, we might as well come here instead. The dealership itself is not huge by definitely. I'd consider a boutique dealer but I assume you get more personal attentions rather from other huge dealers. When we pulled in the service lane, we only see one car in front of us. Well, that's good so the wait shouldn't be that long I assumed. The service manager came and greeted us immediately as soon as we pulled in. He did a very simple walk through of our vehicle and I handed him our keys after a simple one page check-in form. The wait area is very nice. They offer complimentary coffee and soft drinks. Nice sofas in the lounging area with 3 flat screen TV's. And when the service manager told us it'll take about an hour to do the job, and maybe 30 minutes to complete our free car wash, he was not kidding. We walked out of the dealer under 2 hours with a 6 month maintenance job and a free car wash. All the staff in the dealership was extremely nice and polite. We definitely will be back after our next scheduled service which is in September. read more

I'd originally just stopped by this Friday January 26th 2024 just to see if would be possible/financially feasible for me to get out of my Jeep Compass lease and into a nice certified preowned Jeep Cherokee Latitude and on that very day it all came together so quickly and smoothly. This has to be the worst experience (service department) I've ever had in my years of owning vehicles. Buying was a fine experience, but I'm sure that has everything to do with them knowing I'll be spending A LOT of money on a truck. Since I've owned the vehicle, 2021 brand new, I've had a couple recalls and 2 other issues that needed attention. Seeing as I bought the bumper to bumper warranty and purchased vehicle there, I've only gone there, that was a mistake. Don't even waste your time trying to call them, takes me a minimum of 10-15 calls over 2 days to get ahold of them. The absolute worst service department and communication I've ever seen. My vehicle sat there for 10+ days and no call to update me, once i finally got ahold of them they said they have 1 tech and no one has even looked at it. They said it will likely be another 7-8 days until someone can "maybe" look at it. I gave them chance after chance to try and make it right, but nothing. They also returned my vehicle to me twice saying they couldn't hear the issue that i hear every day while driving it. Told them I'd drive with the tech to show them the sound, that never got scheduled. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Service is HORRIBLE. Every time I get an oil change/tire rotation, the Washer fluid is NEVER filled! How is that possible- when it's on a checklist and the hood is open. Again, the washer was not filled this time. My tires were rotated but were not topped off/filled. They were at the same (31 psi) from when I brought them in. I also went in for a fuel supply line safety recall and it wasn't even looked it. It wasn't even in the system to be addressed. I have leased 4 Jeeps now from Joey Acardi (first when it was Eddie) and this will be my last for sure. I am tired of being treated poorly and things not being done properly the first time. Robbery happened during service. Dropped the car off for service that was included in the new car warranty. Parts had to be ordered I start getting sun pass bills of the car being driven on the turnpike. When I pick up the car I noticed sever items missing from the jeep. I call. The manager picks up and says he is going to review the tape and call me back. I had to call five more times over a month. Each time they said someone will call me back and never did. When I finally went into the dealership in person. He says. I couldn't see inside the car. When I asked them to fix the recalls they kicked me out of the dealership. The worst service. Well, I kind of held off on writing a review, hoping something might change. It's been a week and NOTHING. I am in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I know exactly what I want and found one online at Joey Accardi. Great! Right? I called the phone number to schedule a time to test drive and get things done (I'm a "wrap it up and charge it" car shopper). The girl on the phone was very nice, checking stock on the vehicle I had chosen and even confirmed it was available. She said, "When you get here, just ask for the VIP manager and he'll have your information." Well, I showed up for my same day appointment and asked for the VIP manager. A young man said, "That's me," as he flagged over a salesman to assist me. He asked for my information, looked in the system at the vehicle and added, "this particular truck is on our off-lot." Off lot? Why have me come to drive it if it isn't even there? Assuming the off lot was next door though, I didn't think too much of it. The salesman took over and said, "let's see what we have here." But I came to drive a specific vehicle. Turns out that one is three hours away. I asked why that was the case and was told "well, you spoke to someone at our call center in Boca. Her job is just to get you in the door." Bait and switch. I entertained this further, as I did want to buy this truck. We went to the lot and drove a different truck ... about 20 feet. I confirmed for the salesman exactly what I wanted. He was busy trying to reassure me that he is "no pressure." I don't need pressure. I just told you what I want. We went back inside where he asked me to have a seat so we could work on some details. I politely told him that there was no need for me to stick around. "You know what I want. You have my information and even took pictures of my trade in. Just call me when you're ready to sell me the truck. Cool?" It has been a week. I still haven't even received a phone call.
