I make appointments to drop my car off. It's always ready quickly and I've never had a bill that shocked me. I really feel like they're honest there and that they do great work. They've worked on five different cars of mine over the past 10 years and I've been 110% satisfied with every encounter I've had with them. If you're wondering why I've had several cars in that time is because I pass them on to people who are down and out and I'm confident that the car will be reliable for them and I find another used one for myself. I've purchased cars as old as 2001 and Hi Tech has been my go to for them all. My last new car was 2014 and it's still running, it has 185,000 miles on it and it needed its first visit to the repair shop about six months ago. I thought that there was a problem with the rear end in the undercarriage, we live on a private gravel road, so the car takes a beating. He looked at it and determined that it was not a problem with the undercarriage and that all I needed was rear brakes. He fixed the rear brakes and now the car is golden, no more shaking and rattling. Great shop, great owner!
