It's never been very much money, the pricing is very fair. They tell me exactly what is wrong before they fix it and I give them the approval. My cars keep running and running and running. I make appointments to drop my car off. It's always ready quickly and I've never had a bill that shocked me. I really feel like they're honest there and that they do great work. They've worked on five different cars of mine over the past 10 years and I've been 110% satisfied with every encounter I've had with them. If you're wondering why I've had several cars in that time is because I pass them on to people who are down and out and I'm confident that the car will be reliable for them and I find another used one for myself. I've purchased cars as old as 2001 and Hi Tech has been my go to for them all. My last new car was 2014 and it's still running, it has 185,000 miles on it and it needed its first visit to the repair shop about six months ago. I thought that there was a problem with the rear end in the undercarriage, we live on a private gravel road, so the car takes a beating. He looked at it and determined that it was not a problem with the undercarriage and that all I needed was rear brakes. He fixed the rear brakes and now the car is golden, no more shaking and rattling. Great shop, great owner!

I brought my car in because I had snapped a bolt in my subframe while replacing the control arm and didn't have the tools to fix the mistake myself. I needed the car same day, and this was the only place with availability. I asked them to replace the control arm and do the alignment for me along with removing the bolt. I received a quote for $1400 dollars to drop the subframe. The worker there had justified his decision citing the gas lines, wires were in the way, etc. He mentioned that this pricing was worst case scenario, if the "professional mechanics" snaps the other 6 bolts. Never heard of anyone quoting on the bases of every bolt snapping and charging an hour of labor per bolt. I took the car to Sweet's Auto, and they finished the job in 4 hours. Control Arm, Alignment, and Bolt. They charged $400 for the same job. $1000 difference in pricing in excusable. Take your vehicle somewhere else, I wouldn't trust these guys.

So I figured I better get it looked at. I heard such good things about Enders so I decided to give them a call. Rich answered and I explained what I was dealing with. He said they could get me in to look at it that day! Once there and after they inspected it, Rich had good news. It was only a crack and they could repair it with a piece of new pipe. (YES!! I didn't need a whole new muffler or exhaust system!) He gave me the price which was WAY under what I thought it would be - completely do-able - and he said it would take about 40 min., they had to order the pipe from the local part store. People - it didn't even take 10 min before the pipe was walking through the door. They repaired the exhaust system quickly and even took off the rusty hitch when I asked them to - and didn't charge me for it! To the ladies out there having to take on car maintenance by them selves, let me just say - these guys are the real deal. They are honest, kind and just all around wonderful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you Rich and the rest of the team. XOXO

My son purchased…read morea 2017 Ford Escape for 13000 dollars with a Level 3 warranty that cost an additional 2600 dollars. 8 months later the car had to be towed to the dealership for the entire dashboard being lit up in red telling him to turn the car off immediately. It was a coolant sensor which cost $466.00 to repair with the additional extended warranty, so he paid it. A month later the check engine light came on again so he bought a code scanner and found out it was a misfire in cylinder 1 so he took it back to their service department to be fixed but the service rep listened to the engine running and told him it could be the spark plug and the coil pack. He told him it would cost a lot more for West Point to fix it and it would be cheaper to fix himself. So he did. A month later the check engine light came on again. He finally had to take it in to their service department to look at because the car would not accelerate on the highway. They told us it would be 2 weeks before they could even look at it, so he left it hoping they would look at it sooner if someone cancelled. Surprise. We had to call them after 3 weeks to find out what was wrong with the car. My son was told the head gasket was a bust and it would be too much time to repair and they couldn't get parts for 2 months. The best option was to replace it with a used engine that had 78,000 miles on it for 7100 dollars. They handed me an invoice for 10,644 dollars in order to repair the car, but said that wasn't the cost! We confronted Jason about selling stripped down warranties where important boxes on page 4 were not checked and he said that would have been a surcharge. We never even saw those boxes at the time of sale nor did we have the surcharge option. I asked the service department to produce denial paperwork for the repairs and I asked the warranty company to produce denial paperwork. I still haven't gotten it and that was more than 2 weeks ago. In a nut shell, they sold us a car they knew had these issues because there is literally a class action law suit brought against Ford for this very problem and probably used a sealant like KSeal to hide the problem for a while, sold us a stripped down DOWC (which stands for dealer owned warranty company) and then basically told us there was nothing they could do about it and pretty much they didn't care. In addition their service department guy wanted to assault my fiancé in the parking lot and then called the police on us. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted and a complaint has been filed along with a complaint to the Michigan department of the Attorney General. If you have gotten to this point, you can contact me at kapage1970@yahoo.com and I will be happy to pass along any information in regards to what I have found out about the warranties and their shady business practices.
