Today we ate here at Joe n' Hash, we have been here several times before. The Special was Turkey and Swiss on Rye. I asked if I could have it on a different bread, the answer was NO, emphatically. then I asked, can I have Swiss on the Smash Burger instead of American, again NO emphatically. My husband's coffee was cold, my lemonade was TERRIBLE, and I switched it to Sweet Tea and it wasn't sweet at all. The waitress was too busy talking to another girl to tend to our needs, Normally, the food is good, but today made me not want to ever come back to this restaurant again. read more

The potatoes were very tasty but wish the helping was larger. The food was served on too large of plates which made it look like there was less on the plate. The breakfast came with one piece of bread which was disappointing. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant but was not a fan of the music. I gave it three stars because I was still hungry when I left. read more

Food is epic! Everything we have had there is very tasty. From the homemade hash, to gyro, to the smash burger. Portions are perfect. You have to give the cafe potatoes a try. Let me not forget the desserts, ooh la-la. Everytime we pass through this area we make sure we get at least one meal. The staff is attentive to the needs of customer. Buried in the middle of a new strip shopping center with a little sign, is a slice of homemade country cooking Heaven. Homemade sandwiches, salads, pies, and cakes that melt in your mouth. Our server Michelle treated us like we were long lost relatives. All the servers checked on us regularly. They have their own recipes for reuben and chicken salad, and it tasted great. They also had the best carrot cake I've ever had. If I lived near Clinton I'd have lunch here everyday. read more

Stopped in for breakfast this morning with my wife. We both ordered the omelette which comes with cheese and toast and potatoes. Meat or vegetables cost extra. When we rd dived our tab there was an extra charge on my wife's food for the cheese and the toast. When we inquired about the charge the reaction was oh well we don't know why it just comes up that way. Well we've eaten here before and the food is good but they lost a customer due to this issue. The breakfast food was fantastic and even just the regular black coffee tasted great!

I ordered a rubin and fries with un-sweet tea. Simple meal right! Well the rubin was dry, corn beef was tuff and what they call fries was dried out. On top of that the tea taste like instant tea. Service was fair at best. Since it was my birthday my sister said she was buying and for me to get tip. Well when i ask the manager break up a $100. bill in order to leave a tip he replied he not a f..k bank. He final did break up the 100. I left my tip for terrible service and bad food valuing to never enter his door again. So beware if u should choose to dine there. read more

The friendliness and family fill of the place is not what it used to be, (gone actually) I used to go by there quite a lot, but not now as it is more business like than small town feel now. They still have great food and a super good cook, but the staff are not what they used to be, sad actually because I miss the friendly (almost) family and friends kind of place it used to be. read more

I rode my Goldwing down from Mountain View this past summer in order to try this café out for breakfast. Our group had had an excellent experience under previous owners, in fact quite large shoes to fill but I was very pleasantly surprised. The owners have created a very nice, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. After ordering my coffee I was presented with a small treat while I waited for my breakfast, a gesture that I had only previously experienced in upscale metropolitan restaurants. All of the food was excellent and the servers were very courteous and welcoming. I look forward to returning with my motorcycling group to show them how great an experience we can have while starting our day at Joe n Hash. read more

Walked in and was seated right away. Place was still busy with local customers. Very clean and very friendly. I had the biscuits and sausage and gravy and it was very good. Soda pop is served from a can not fountain pop. If I lived near this place I would definitely go there more. read more

Met with a friend who highly recommended this place. I can say that I was not disappointed. I had the bacon wrapped smoked meat loaf with mashed potatoes and green beans and cowboy cookie for desert. The waitress and other staff provided amazing service and added to the wonderful atmosphere! I will definitely be back and recommending to all the people I know. read more

We arrived at 1:30, were told the kitchen closed at 1:45, with a party of 5 adults and 3 kids under 4. We ordered quickly and got some excellent food and service from the staff. Burgers were amazing as well as all the other items we ordered. Way more than a coffee shop, highly recommend. read more

A strip mall hole in the wall. If I wanted to be hot and miserable, I would have sat on the deck in the 90 plus heat. Extremely limited menu. Had I been with my hubby, when we came in and felt the A/C was not working well, we would have turned around. But as with a friend that day, we headed in. No salads of any kind. Some quarter size cornbread muffins on table when seated with a small container of something blue-ish akin to butter. Burger was fair, but bun crumbly. Friend had chicken salad croissant. Served with chips, as fries were an additional 2 bucks. I thought the chips were stale. My friend agreed, but thought they might be made in house. On to dessert. My Lemon meringue pie was not refreshing or tart, separated filling and extremely rubbery meringue. Not worth $4.00. Everything just tasted old, I was just waiting to get sick from what I'm sure was food not kept at proper temp. As I was at the register to pay, the girl asked the required, "How was everything?" I replied "adequate" as I placed my hand on the dessert case and felt how warm it was, this was all I could muster. Don't like to give a poor review, but come on, stop just going through the motions.
