On our way back from Branson, we found the Red River Café. We're glad we did. It was exactly what…read morewe were looking for. A small, welcoming, country Café. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and promptly waited on. Our server was friendly and attentive. Most importantly, the food was served hot, fresh and fast. I guess even more most importantly...it was good. I had the Hickory burger, and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. It's a big burger, fresh toppings, and served with plenty of fries. My wife had the Philly cheese quesadilla, which was the daily special, and it was very tasty. She also had the onion rings, which were uniquely prepared, and good and crispy. Yummy. There was several freshly prepared desserts. We opted for the large oatmeal cookie and three freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. They were good! Additionally, the interior of the café is super cute. Exactly what you would expect from a small country café. If you're ever in Leslie Arkansas, I recommend giving it a try
