Can I just say how amazing this family run business is?!? Cody is who I interacted with! I met him through a Facebook Subaru group! His family owns this amazing body shop! My bumper has been broken and falling off for a while now. What did it was the undercarriage was falling to pieces. That's when I decided it's time to get a new bumper and replace my headlights! They were able to match the color perfectly! I originally bought dog lamps for my car Bc they were completely shattered. Cody was gracious enough to replace them for me for free since I already had the lamps! How awesome are they!!?! Did you know they are verified and certified by Subaru?! They actually are certified by other car companies as well! It's a bit out of my way...almost an hour but it was worth the trip to Slidell to have body work done and looks amazing! I felt like I was dealing with people who had never been in business before. Called for an estimate, came in for an estimate, never got an estimate and was told, 'we will tell you what you owe us above the insurance amount after we do the work'. What a ridiculous way to do business. Just drop off your vehicle with zero expectation of the cost and then see how much it costs at the end. Who would do business like that? I cancelled the appointment that they had made and would be hard pressed to go back, even though I have been a loyal customer there for over 30 years. I am totally disappointed that Frank and Sandy have let their business drop to this level of lack of professionalism. read more

I arrived at Franks in hopes they could fix my hood as it was dented in from a fender bender and could not open up from the latch or anything. I brought it thinking I'd be there for hours and pay a great amount or even have to have the hood replaced. In a matter of maybe 20 minutes, these guys had my hood able to open and even pulled the hood from being curled and dented in to be able to open and close. Honestly, looked like I didn't hit a single thing! They were even so gracious to not charge me a CENT! These people were so nice, helpful, and fast! Someone crashed into the side of our Prius a couple weeks ago. The other driver was insured with Geico. I work in Slidell and Frank's Accurate is part of the Geico X-Press program. What could have been a nightmare experience has been a breeze! I cannot recommend Frank's Accurate enough--Geico had the car towed to their shop, I was able to authorize work with a digital signature online (so appreciated), they called me regularly to keep me updated, and ended up having my car ready five days sooner than they promised! Because of the Geico X-Press program, I also was able to just leave the Enterprise rental car arranged by Geico at Frank's and drive away in Polly. Yay, Frank's! Such a great experience. Ended up here because of their affiliation with Geico (who is not my insurer), but will absolutely choose them if I need body work in the future. read more

I have a 2015 black honda civic and to help save money they offered to use a black closest to my car color instead of a direct match and i do not notice any difference. I brought my car in and Frank himself came out and explain to me what needed to be done with great details ! He was very honest about the work that needed to be done as well as how my insurance works. I brought my car in last Friday & it was done Thursday ! Frank and his team where very wonderful to work with. They did every in there power to keep me updated but also gave me my car a day early which was greatly appreciated because I had to pay for a rental . He not only fixed the repair from the car accident but I also asked to her my headlights buffed and they look brand new ! My car was returned a whole day early, washed, clean, smelled great and my accident seemed as it never happened ! My car looks perfect ! Had a rather small job for them. A nice dent in the tailgate of my brand new truck. I dropped it off and received a call later on that day with an update. Received another update with completion time the next morning. A final call to tell me it was ready. I went to pick it up and I was looking at the paint for any waves or any sign of the dent. Nothing. It was perfect. Then I realized something. It was better than new. Rams aren't know for great paint jobs and before I purchase a truck I go over the paint. Hard lesson learned after buying a new truck with rail dust pits in it. Anyway, I was going over the paint and noticed a couple of small nipples in the paint we're gone. I had to laugh. They weren't anything big but I was tickled that they were now gone. Never seen a repair to be better than factory new. The people were all great to talk to and extremely professional. This place will be my go-to in the future. read more
