Sure enough, after some treatment, the pool finally started to get back into shape and finally looked as good as new (see before and after picts). Green to Clean wasn't the only reason that our HOA picked Balance Pool Care. After interviewing a few pool vendors, it was clear that Alex knew more then the others and noticed details that need to be addressed that the others didn't catch. I didn't want service in the winter or wanted reduced service to save money, but he told me his service was based on year round. He said I needed to keep my service the same in the winter if I wanted to stay in contract. So I paid him all winter long, and then when I started complaining about missed service days and quality of care, he dropped me without any notice. He didn't even finish the service month that I had already paid him for. I asked for a refund of the winter months and got no response. If I could do 0 or negative stars I would.
