I was referred to Dr Brennon by a friend. I've been coming here for 3 or so years. This dentist is awesome ... I never really knew what an awesome dentist would look like until you actually need dental work. Not just cleanings, those are standard. Last year i was I so much pain, I thought I had a cavity - I called on Monday to get an appointment and they saw me the same day. They basically said come in now .. Thank goodness - well turns out it was just an exposed nerve. Then just recently I needed a implant procedure. Normally this whole process would take 3 weeks, to get the impression, then match the color, then actually get the tooth. Dr Brennon put a rush in the tooth - called in a referral for custom color match then squeezed me in on her lunch; all to accommodate me having this complete before a trip to Hawaii. Honestly - way above and beyond what I would expect from a great neighborhood, family oriented dentist. Oh... And the entire team there is amazing too ... My husband and I really like the new dentist that just jointed their firm. read more

This was my first visit to Dr. Brennan's office after choosing her based on my insurance provider, convenient location in Magnolia, and, of course, some stellar Yelp reviews. I was thoroughly impressed by their clean and quiet offices; extremely friendly and skilled employees; and general ease of use. I made my initial appointment over the phone, received plenty of confirmation/reminder emails (not calls) leading up to the appointment, filled out my New Customer information on a laptop in the waiting area, and had a great experience in the chair for just a cleaning and grinding down of one molar. Pretty easy procedures, but they had me in and out very quickly with no huge hassle dealing with insurance paperwork and without making me feel like "just a number." Overall great experience compared to a few other dentist offices I've visited in the last few years. read more

I just had my teeth cleaned by Michaela. The most gentle painless touch ever. Dr. Brennan takes time to find the best people. Michaela doesn't know how gentle yet strong she is compared to others. Her finger movements were smooth yet rigid as she worked instruments across the surface of my teeth. The tool she used for polishing is delightful. She exhibited exact control never banging into my gums or causing my mouth to bleed. Afterwards my mouth felt delightfully clean. Nichole at the front desk is volunteering and up-tempo. While men doing reception can be nice women often have more empathy with greater understanding. Nichole proves my point. I don't like going to the dentist, in fact I have a serious fear of the dentist. Anyhow, I had a cavity that was causing discomfort. So, I went and got it filled. Dr. B did an amazing job! I know it was my fault that I forgot my son had an appointment this morning. I get that... but to be told the penalty for cancellation within 48hours is $50.00 is ridiculous. If the receptionist wouldn't have mentioned that back in 2012 I cancelled an appointment so this wasn't the first time I wouldn't be so pissed. You sound so petty! Dr. Brennan was refereed to me by my last dentist. And I was thrilled. She's someone you can really trust. And the other staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. When I had issues with my bill they made it easy and convenient for me. I was able to pay what I could when I could with no cold shoulder. The best dentist I have ever had PERIOD! This Sunday I woke up with the most horrible pain in my mouth/ jaw. I had contemplated going to the ER but I called Dr Brennan's office first. This Dentist take emergency calls on the weekend!! She called me right back and she's meeting me at her office today (Sunday) at 3:30. Talking about amazing!! I've been seeing this dentist for 5 years and had originally been recommended to Dr Brennan from a friend. This office does all the traditional dental cleanings and procedures they are friendly, efficient and thorough. I would recommend her office to anyone. read more

This review is for Dr Brester (I couldn't find a page for the actual office). She is AMAZING! My boyfriend sees Dr Brennan, so he called to schedule an appt for me bc I had an abscessed tooth. Brennan wasn't available, but Dr Brester was. She was able to get me in within a couple hours and came in ON HER DAY OFF to pull my tooth. Dentists...they terrify me. I have never felt compelled to leave a review on Yelp. However, I was shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed by "the building owner and husband of the Doctor", someone named Brian. This person was answering phones at the office (for some reason) and not only refused to release my husband's own medical records, he issued verbal threats. Regardless of why this person felt justified to act out in such an outrageous and emotional manner, it is never ok to tell a patient that you believe them to be "mentally ill" and refuse the release of their medical records when requested. Those threats and accusations are not only unwarranted, they have no place being made in a medical professional's office. This man's behavior and lack of professional decorum is beyond unacceptable. I have 3 family members who see Dr. Brennan but believe me, NONE of them will be returning. I would urge anyone to reconsider this dental office if you would like to be treated with compassion, respect or dignity. So disappointing. read more

Don't waste your time. I called to make a new patient appointment after I chipped a tooth. I was told it would take 3 weeks to do a standard new patient exam and only after that would they talk about repairing my chipped tooth. I asked for an approximate time that it would take to make a second appointment since I was in pain and wanted to know how long it would take to get it fixed. I understood that they have their standard procedure, but wanted to know how long I would have to be in pain for. All they would tell me was "right away". I kept trying to get an approximation, was I going to have to wait another 3 weeks or only like a week. I was only repeatedly told "right away". I made my appointment but never felt that comfortable with it and tried a couple other places locally. I ended up making an appointment with another practice for the next day. The same day I called and cancelled my appointment with Dr. Brennan. A week later I received an email confirming my appointment. Since, I had already called and cancelled my appointment. I tried to confirm that they cancelled it but they are closed Saturday thru Monday and do not "allow" cancellations over the message system, I asked that they confirm they had cancelled my appointment over a week ago. I never received a confirmation that they cancelled my appointment and I am so glad that I saw another practice. I got the feeling that they didn't care about their patients (even when they are in pain) and that their staff either is inefficient or they are trying to get extra money with their 2 business day cancellation policy. For the record, by seeing a Dr immediately after chipping my tooth, I may have prevented a root canal. I am pretty confident if I had waited 3+ weeks, I would definitely need one. **Update. I did get confirmation the morning of the appointment (also to their credit, the first business day they were open after my second call) that my appointment was cancelled. read more

I haven't been to the dentist in a VERY long time. (Shame on me). Mostly because all of the experiences I had were bad ones. From dentists making you feel bad about your teeth to totally over charging you. Dr. Brennan was hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I really cannot even express how great she is. The whole team is amazing! From the second you get there, they put you at ease. So friendly, so funny and great at what they do. I've recommended Dr. Brennan to everyone I know. I actually look forward to going back to the dentist! Never thought I would say that. As usual, I forgot to call in advance to book a dental appointment for my college student's holiday visit. When I called Amanda was great. While she cold not book my son in right away, she did offer to call us for a last minute cancellation. Also, the staff are all awesome and take good care of us. My tooth broke while I was unemployed and Dr. Brennan put in a great temporary that has lasted forever. And as others are mentioned, never any pressure for expensive treatments unless you need them! read more

I started going to this office earlier this year, because a family member told me this is a great place, and they take good care of you. Well, In all honesty that is a understatement. This is a wonderful place and they go above and beyond especially when I had a abscessed wisdom tooth. They got me on antibiotics right away, and a appointment to get it extracted. They were really good at understanding my pain and the entire Procedure start to end was fast, effective, and painless. I would suggest going here to anyone. I personally drive 50 miles out of the way because there is not a better Dentist and crew out there better than this one. read more

Dr. Brennan has taken very good care of our entire family. We like that she explains different costs and associated benefits. This approach allows us decide which course to take. We were particularly impressed that Dr. Brennan showed us some problems with an orthodontic procedure that had previously been done on my son. The orthodontist told us that the work was as good as it was going to get... Dr. Brennan went out of her way to contact the orthodontist and got him to correct his earlier work. We appreciate that Dr. Brennan fought for us. Our son now loves to smile. read more

I agree with the other posters. Dr. Brennan's office is great. She's very friendly and understanding with people like me who are very sensitive to going to the dentist. Also, as other posters have written - the staff stays the same and they are always friendly on the phone as well as in person. They do their best to get me in there as soon as they can. They are in a nice little office in Magnolia and I'd recommend them to anyone especially people that are scared of the dentist since they are very understanding with people like us! read more

I give Jody Brennan a negative star value. This office is completely unprofessional. While I was sitting there have a filling done, Jody's teenage daughter comes in and Jody and her daughter start arguing about the daughter wanting to go out. This all happened while she was working on me. She also completely mis-diagnosed a tooth that needed a root canal. Instead, she did a very deep filling. I then went back a couple times b/c I was in pain and she said she couldn't see anything wrong. I ended up going to my previous dentist and he said these are classic root canal symptoms. Also, make sure to call and cancel appointments w/in 24 hrs. I had an appointment for a cleaning scheduled on a Tuesday at 8am and called the previous Friday at 9am to re-schedule. They said that because they are closed on Mondays and b/c I called one hour late (I called at 9am instead of 8am) they are charging me $50. You are crazy if you go to Dr. Brennan. There are much more professional and reasonable dentists out there. read more
