Bad service from sales person Mary. She was helping another customer and knew we were waiting for service right next to the customer she was helping. Once she was done with the customer, she left knowing we were there waiting. After 10 minutes, I had to ring the bell for service. Both Jaime and Mary were at the cutting table but I had to ring to get service when they both saw myself and daughter waiting at the table? What happened to customer service? Their number machine wasn't working so I apparently we had to ring the bell for service even though they both saw us standing there. ‍‍ read more

Great spot for Art Supplies at Christmas time, especially with coupons and 50% off sales!

My new favorite craft store! Apparently, if you need fabric, this is where to go. The store is organized, clean, well stocked. The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. There is always a coupon to use and good sales throughout. They also offer onsite sewing classes, for all kinds of things. From basics to making aprons and quilts. This big city girl who is lucky to be able to sew on a button. Really, no exaggeration! Just took a quilting basic class. I was able to book the class for me and my sidekick (my 10 year old girl). We loved it! Can't wait to take another one. Highly recommend their classes. read more

I had been going for years but lately the staff has been awful. Extremely rude, especially the younger ladies. Always have an attitude when you ask for help, even go as far as ignoring you or pretending they didn't hear you or avoiding you like the plague. Only exception is a gentleman named Rory, who actually helped when all the rude ladies avoided me and even helped me with coupons to use. Terrible customer service, they should definitely learn a thing or two about making customers feel satisfied. It's been going so downhill that I'll be taking my business over to another store since it's obvious they don't make their customers feel welcome. What a shame. read more

Great place. Has everything you need for homemade arts and crafts. Materials in rolls and by the yard. Lots of choices for patterns, laces, strings, yarns, buttons and zippers.
