The paint department is amazing! I went in to buy deck stain for our cabin, and they loaded up the 5-gallon container onto my cart! They also helped me with question that I had about the colors. Deliveries are horrible no communication directly. Waited all day for delivery they never showed.. how hard it is it to deliver a toilet? I wasted a whole day waiting for them.. I had a plumber coming the next day to install and now I'm gonna have to cancel them next time I'm gonna go to Home Depot. These people hire contractors to deliver with their own personal vehicles and they do a horrible job. The last two deliveries I had with the contractors they broke or damaged. Went to store and bought a tankless water heater on 11/12/25 and agent assured me that it will be delivered to my house on 11/15/25 and it never came , called the manager at location ( his name was Giovani ) he promised item will be here on 11/18/25 and again it didn't arrive so I called him , Giovani, back and this time his attitude was if I don't like what's going on then for me to call corporate office, am really frustrated that I've been without hot water for 9 days and instead of telling me the truth from the beginning as to how long it going to be were I would have made a different decision on buying it somewhere else. ‍ read more

So my wife and I have been in the market for a new washer and gas dryer and opted to hit this place up. We go in and are looking around for a bit until an employee finally goes up to us and asks if we need help. We mentioned we are interested in a certain set, and she tells us one of the units is out of stock and doesn't even have a date to be available. We go through this for a bit until we come upon a set my wife likes, and it's available, we just need to wait a few days for the gas dryer to arrive. Then she starts telling us we need these parts and those parts, and we need to pay for haul away and install on each unit, and we begrudgingly agree. Then I ask for some pedestals to purchase as well, and that gets thrown into the invoice. We pay for everything at the store, and we are OK with our purchase until we receive a call from our sales person. The plumber wants to charge an additional fee to install the pedestal because he's a "plumber" and wants to charge more. We asked if the Lowes installer for the washer is going to charge us a fee also, and they said no. At first, we begrudgingly agreed to the fee, but the more we thought about it, the more it upset us we were being nickel and dimed to death. We decided to drive to the store and just ended up canceling the entire order and instead will go with another retailer who puts up the costs upfront. read more

Lowe's is terrible! The sales people mislead to you and are extremely unprofessional. We went to purchase a refrigerator and they put us a lease to own with progressive ( which costs you double) at the time we thought we needed to accept that since our refrigerator is almost gone. Anyway when we did the numbers we found that we really couldn't afford it so we tired to cancel and found it nearly impossible we constantly bring transferred with no one helping us two have associates actually hung up on us. I needed one part for a toilet repair and wanted to be sure I had the correct one. No one was anywhere near the plumbing section. When I found an associate, he did not know but said he would call someone to help me. We waited for about 8-10 mins. No one came to help. We then saw three associates walking at a distance but we unable to catch up to them. Lowe's has always been understaffed but on a Saturday they should have more employees. I am tempted to close my account but these stores are all the same. I will not return until or unless I have no option. read more

The experience with this location to install some doors has been abysmal at best. Between the technician who showed up, took measurements and never followed up after, to us calling him several times and leaving message that were never returned, the store and the manager saying the tech will call us back immediately, to the technician taking 5 hours to call back, to the assigned installer company who either makes appointments however they see fit, then you call and no one picks up, to them postponing the appointment and then having us go through 7 layers of press 1, 2, 3, 4...to NO one answering the phone and having to leave a message. I am frustrated and upset that I paid over $3K to be treated less than... Take my advice. Find and buy your own doors and hire a carpenter that will install them for much less, instead of giving business to this store. read more

Went to store #1152 in El Paso, needed assistance came upon Allan and asked for assistance but no one ever showed up. Went back to him to let him know, he said they were shorthanded to wait. My son went to him and asked for help he said he didn't know hardware but walked him to get him someone to assist him. Why couldn't he have done that for ME a female? I watched him for 25min waiting for help and he continued to help others. I think he is a manager and he couldn't help and then the kid that he had help us didn't even know anything either. We had to figure it out ourselves. If your going to hire people at least Train them to assist someone in that department. I went in to garden department to buy Roses for my garden. I was surprised that most of the plants are almost dead or dying, in full sun and no water. I found one that was not great but not much of a choice and I went to pay for it and was shocked that they still charged 29.99 for a plant that is almost dead. they need to fire the manager in charge of the store if he can't see how bad that department is. the plants almost dead, no water, almost stacked on each other branches tangled with other plants. the store needs to take care of this problem either stop selling flowers or put more shade and misting system to keep plants watered and not over order flowers where they stack them on top of others. read more

Terrible service!! I ordered a ladder online, they delivered to the wrong address. I canceled the order and went in person. The ladder on sale was up on the rafters. I asked for help getting one down and was told someone would be coming. 20-25 minutes later no sign of help so I asked an older gentleman with a camouflage Lowe's vest if he knew if help was coming and he got upset and gave me attitude. Come to Lowes if you would like to be provided with great customer service! I've always preferred Lowes stores over their "competitor" since the stores always seem to be more organized and clean. Oh and they actually have employees helping customers on the sales floor, wowwwwwwww. I was in and out rather quickly with the help of someone in the lumber department. I do like the fact that they have a "need assistant" button that you press to call an employee over if you need any help. They did only have one register open so the line was getting kinda long. I went there for to replace a kitchen door hinge but found the experience unremarkable at best. I'm not sure it was Lowe's fault since the contractors in El Paso purchase the cheapest of parts and the companies are always changing them. My issue was that none of the employees offered to help me. The employee I spoke with just took a quick look at the hinge part and said they were out of them. Compare this to Home Depo where they will actually try to help you find the appropriate part. There overall selection is not what I would except. read more

I am a frequent visitor to this lowes location. I must say, of the several locations in the El Paso area, this is my favorite. Not only is it the closest drive, but it always seems to have what I need in stock or available. I would give this place 5 stars, but sadly the customer service does lack some. There have been several times I have needed assistance in one of the departments, and wouldn't you know it I couldn't find a soul.. Getting someone to assist you over the phone is difficult as well. I will continue coming here simply because of the available of the products I frequently purchase, however I wish they would correct the service issues. read more

Please read! If you are planning to do any type of home improvement to your home DO NOT go through Lowes. I had the worst experience. On April 2022 I signed a contract through Lowes to remodel my kitchen. The representative told me that it was going to be a smooth process not to worry. Cabinets were going to take almost 3 months due to the high volume of work they had. He advised me as soon as you get the cabinets make sure to call me because we need to inspect that they are not broken. He called me in July to tell me that the cabinets will be delivered to my house which did not happen. I got the cabinets delivered mid august. I called him just as he advised me to do but he ignored my calls. Finally got a hold of him and told me not to worry that he had a date set for demolishing and install new cabinets. To make the story short it took them 6 months to finish my kitchen. One of the cabinets was broken. The construction company did not install cabinets correctly could not open the doors. They had to take down the new cabinets down and put them back again because they did not measure correctly. Him and the manger will ignore my calls and emails. I had to go to the store several times to look for them because they were ignoring my calls and emails to ask them for an update and their answer was contractor is not answering our emails or phone calls. Due to all this we had to wash our dishes outside with containers filled with water. The holidays came and we did not get to cook a thanksgiving dinner, Xmas or new year's due to the kitchen not being ready. Many calls to corporate had to been made in order for the progress to continue because nothing was getting done. What should have taken 3 months ended up taking 7 months for our kitchen to be completed. After they put me through all this the manager at Lowes in El Paso at George dieter wanted to compensate me with 100 dollars gift card for all the trouble I had gone through. "That is literally a slap on the face telling me shut the hell up and there you go. Not even corporate apologized or send me a letter to tell me that they were sorry for Everything that they had put me through. My first bathroom remodel was a tremendous success, largely because I came here and had assistance from Aaron, so it was natural that I'd return when it came time to remodel another bathroom. Although I had purchased in-stock items from the NE Lowes, the sole reason for my coming back was Aaron. You can't hardly get that high quality customer service anywhere nowadays, and when you've got a good thing going...! Anyway, I purchased the floor model of a particular cabinet, which meant a big markdown. However, while opening up the back of my pickup, gravity took the loaded cart downhill, crashing it into a cart corral and spilling the contents. The floor model was now a damaged parking lot model. Unhappy but resolved to make the best of it, I put it back on the cart and wheeled it toward my truck. It was still off and I couldn't quite squeeze the bloody thing close to the rear gate. Fortunately, another customer saw my plight and quickly came to my rescue. Besides the superb storee personnel, the highly intelligent customers who can appraise a desperate situation and act accordingly is another great reason for coming to this superior store! read more
