No eta so again I can't plan on going somewhere because I could have to leave in the middle of my plans. Delivery got here at 2 I was charged full price and I just opened the box to the headboard and its the wrong color! Horrible experience horrible customer service. I'm in the process of getting a new dining room set & living room set I would've gone back but I'm definitely staying far away. A good business would've at least delivered for free after they messed up. Instead I got ripped off and the wrong product. They were clean and in great working order. I think they may be the most clean I've ever seen for used appliances. I didn't even see a scratch in most of the ones I was looking at. They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support) I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away. They told me they were very sorry and that this was unusual. After a few days, they delivered the washer back to me and sat there to test it fully to ensure no other issues would happen. Since then I've been using my washer and dryers for more than a year, and I'm happy to report they work fine. I've had no problems with them. Go support this honest local business!
