I walked in and when I met with the lady I was supposed to meet with, she was rude, and did not help me at all. She could not wait to get me out of the store, and back to her desk! I could not believe it! I was one of two customers in the entire place. I left, very dissatisfied and disappointed, to say the least. Customer service does not exist whatsoever! It is not their first priority. I emailed them requesting a quote and specifications to the appliances I was interested in. However, I have YET TO THIS DAY to HEAR from them! It has been over one week today. Therefore, and as a result, the very next day, I went to their competitor, and received the best service imaginable. I now am going to be ordering and purchasing my new appliances from Builders Source Appliance Gallery. They took the time to listen, answer each question that I had, and printed, and emailed me the exact specifications for each appliance that I was interested in. They were straightforward, and did not make me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about.

She happened to have one right by her station and turned to get it. While we were talking to her, she walked off to greet some friend and left us talking. eventually she returned and started ringing us up. When we declined the extended warranty she walked away and had a coworker finish a transaction. Is BB making money off extended warranties and consequently they pay their staff on how many they sell? I have to say, this was rather surprising and disappointing that she could not wait 2 minutes to greet her friend and finish the transaction. Do better, BB.

I scheduled a TV delivery and installation and made my time limitations absolutely clear. They promised me a specific delivery and mounting window and guaranteed they would be there. They never showed up. No call. No update. No courtesy message. Nothing. The situation only got worse when I tried to get answers. I contacted customer service multiple times, and not a single representative could explain what happened or provide any real help. I requested a manager call me back and was told I would receive a call within two hours. It has now been over 24 hours, and I still haven't heard a word from anyone. This is not just poor service , it's unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unreliable. When a company can't honor a scheduled appointment and can't bother to follow up with a customer who's trying to resolve their issue, it shows a total lack of accountability and basic customer care. I wasted my time, rearranged my day based on their promise, and received zero communication or support in return. I will not be using this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their time or money.

    I cancelled my service with AW on 11/13/2023 and equipment was picked up on 11/17/23…read more Unfortunately, I paid for my service in advance and did not worry about the payment since I was told that I would receive a pro-rate refund for the remainder of Nov and all of December. I phoned several times for my refund from Oct 2023 - Jan 2024 and each time I was told something different, that the previous representative made a mistake and my refund was escalated. Additionally, I was told that accounting was emailed and that my refund would be back on the card on file within 7-10 business days. In December, after speaking with several reps and still no refund, I asked to speak with a supervisor and the representative refused to let me or create a ticket for me to speak with a supervisor. I finally filed the dispute with my bank only to hear from my bank that AW claimed there was no cancellation on file, although I had the email confirmation with my cancellation and the pickup date. To date, I am still attempting to get my refund but feel this is a tactic they use to keep customers money. Had I known that this place is as dishonest as they are, I would have never used their service. DO NOT USE APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE! I did not receive the same quality of service from them that they received from me in making my payments on time and in advance.
