He became defensive even raising his voice in order to silence me. He literally bullied me on the phone making sexist remarks about my intelligence as a woman. In the end I never received just compensation and ended up paying more than $2000 from an independent contractor to make the fountain operational. I had been a loyal customer of that business for more than 10 years. And naively expected a quality product. I am cautioning any potential customers that they should. Heed, my experience.
