Thank you for being phenomenal. The below words are from my father-in-law (Jeff)in El Paso, TX…read more He has sent a letter to the company and I thought it was important to share his outstanding experience. From Jeff: As I approach old age, I am increasingly apt to bring what I consider to be shortcomings in products or services that I purchase to the attention of management. I try to compensate for this by also bringing outstanding quality to the attention of management. This letter is intended to do the latter. Because of poor vision, I am unable to drive and I depend on a Palmer Model 54 electric scooter for transportation. Without my scooter, I have to fall back on taxis or impose on my friends, which I don't lie to do. When my scooter had two flat tires last Friday, I was in trouble. I needed to visit the bank, a medical clinic, and the grocery store before Christmas, and had no way to do that. I found your business on the internet, and one of your employees, David, was dispatched to assist me. He went out of his way to make me mobile again. As we discovered, the mag wheels on my scooter aren't like bicycle wheels. You need special tools to mount and dismount tires on them, which David didn't have. I could not have blamed him if he had just told me he couldn't solve my problem and left, but David did no such thing. Instead, he took my wheels, visited two tire stores who declined the job, continued searching, and found a motorcycle repair shop that would do the job. After installing the repaired wheel on my scooter, He made a second trip to get a new tire installed on my spare. Because David choose to go the second mile and find a way to get my scooter rolling, I had a much happier Christmas, and you have a new customer. The next time I need services for my scooter, I will know who to call. Please convey my thanks to David and, because I know that excellent service is also a product of management who encourage good service, accept my thanks to you as well.

Just for them to say they would have to order it and it was not in store. Vanessa the self proclaimed manager just made excuses for the lack of empathy and even lied about trying to call me back as I had called again in route to make sure they were still open.

Two years ago, my wife inexplicably was paralyzed from chest to toes. Upon release from the ICU and…read morethe rehab hospital months later, no one informed us that transporting her home in 3 days was up to us -- but no taxi or bus existed for this. In panic, I learned of United Access. But they had no handicap van available to rent either. Luckily, the general manager, Bill Schwam, was very sympathetic and within hours had one of the handicap vans for me to drive off the lot to pick up my wife and he personally drove me home. Over the weekend even, he and I finalized the purchase of the van at a very reasonable price. Thereafter he came to our home, met my wife, and kept in touch with us. When the van needed a minor adjustment, it was provided free. That is the epitome of an A+ manager-patron relationship.

They told me Medicare would not approve the orders if my CPAP was less than 5 years old. I called my Insurance United Health Care who told me my doctor had to call and requested an expedited exception. I finally got a call back from the pulmonologist's office today 1/18/23. They told me the request to the doctor must come from the DME company to the doctor. They stated they contacted Dona Ana Medical supply who claimed they had never received the orders and that they did not accept United Health Care insurance. I have had a tough time finding a knowledgeable and courteous DME company in Las Cruces. Used a DME in a small Texas town for 11 years with no problems. Would not recommend this company
