I hired them to program a URC remote for a straightforward setup: a basic A/V receiver, TV, Apple TV, and Roku. After the initial setup, the remote was full of glitches. They sent technicians back twice more--including an experienced programmer for the third attempt--but the programming issues were never resolved. Although they offer a 6-month warranty on their work, after three failed visits, I lost confidence in their abilities and gave up on calling them back. I cannot recommend them for URC remote programming.
