Stopped in the middle lane, I found myself directing traffic without sufficient time to arrange for a tow. One of Airpark Towing's managers happened to be driving by when he saw me. He put on his hazards and started directing traffic. He asked if I had arranged for a towing service. I told him I hadn't yet. He told me that they didn't use AAA and told me what the amount would be for a tow. He also told me that he could get a truck there in 10 minutes. The price was reasonable and he was already providing great service without me being a customer. I'm thankful that Airpark Towing was in the area. I highly recommend. (I have the manager's name written down but not near me for this review.)

I skid in the rain and hit the guardrail, someone called cops, state police came due to state property, i said i would call AAA and they refused and said they couldn't wait for an hour and their towing service would come sooner. They towed, normal tow, nothing unusual or major, facility was 5 miles away. Called the next morning to pick up, and was blown!!! They quoted me $600 for the tow how in the world does anyone charges $600 for an overnight tow? When asked they said "accident" tows are different, how??? Charged me for 20 miles, cleanup charge $125, admin fee $35 and accidental tow charge $299" i called many tow companies to double check and also the state police and they all wondered why the charges were so much. Fraud written all over!! Spreading the word, when cops tow check the company they r using first.

By all standards, EC Towing & Recovery is by far the best towing service in this area of operation…read more With confidence, I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I had a near-miraculous experience with this service yesterday 8/30/2023 when in less than an hour, my dead car was towed to my complicated and winding apartment complex garage by EDWIN, one of their patient, professional, and super-skilled tow-truck drivers. After several calls and failing to find a tow truck service, I landed on EC Towing, and bam, my problem was resolved. TONY sent me a truck and driver instantly. Edwin arrived right on time, very polite and professional, with a unique perfect-sized truck that has special gadgets and light bulbs. To summarize what ensued, my locked car had no key, my apartment complex garage entrance door is unusually short, the driveways are small, twisted, and winding, and the spaces are tiny. Nonetheless, with patience and distinct proficiency, the super-skilled driver Edwin managed to navigate his truck to ultimately land my car in the right spot. All of these hurdles are handled at no additional cost. They have the most affordable rates. In conclusion, EC Towing is professional, timely, most affordable, and possesses very specialized trucks that will navigate all nooks and crannies. These are spiced with the politeness and professionalism of their management, dispatchers, and drivers. Way to Go, EC Towing & Recovery! ~Ray W, Silver Spring, MD

I put a project request on Yelp as I would typically do in this instance and got responses from 5 different companies. All the companies ranged about the same in the price but Potomac Towing was the most responsive. I do NOT regret that decision. I had the opportunity to speak with Gabriel to schedule my tow and his response time was SPECTACULAR! No matter the time in the 24 hour window of when I scheduled my tow, he answered within 20 minutes which I loved. Sean actually performed my tow. I was scheduled for 8 am but he was EARLY which I again loved! He came, hooked the car up fast and went on his way. I did thoroughly appreciate his knowledge on cars when we discussed my main car issue and need for the tow, but I moreso appreciated his words of encouragement after. THIS IS THE PLACE TO USE!!!
