I skid in the rain and hit the guardrail, someone called cops, state police came due to state property, i said i would call AAA and they refused and said they couldn't wait for an hour and their towing service would come sooner. They towed, normal tow, nothing unusual or major, facility was 5 miles away. Called the next morning to pick up, and was blown!!! They quoted me $600 for the tow how in the world does anyone charges $600 for an overnight tow? When asked they said "accident" tows are different, how??? Charged me for 20 miles, cleanup charge $125, admin fee $35 and accidental tow charge $299" i called many tow companies to double check and also the state police and they all wondered why the charges were so much. The first towing company I called stated they did not change tires. I then called Perez Towing. It was already 8:30PM on a cold, rainy and snowy Sunday night and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and said they would be there in 20 minutes. As promised Hector arrived in 20 minutes. He could not change my tire because I had no idea where the wheel lock was. Hector was kind enough to tow our car to a local service station his friend owns and they were able to get the wheel lock off and put on the spare tire. I am so grateful for the amazing and friendly service we received and cannot say enough good things about Mr. Perez. A+++ service!

I put a project request on Yelp as I would typically do in this instance and got responses from 5 different companies. All the companies ranged about the same in the price but Potomac Towing was the most responsive. I do NOT regret that decision. I had the opportunity to speak with Gabriel to schedule my tow and his response time was SPECTACULAR! No matter the time in the 24 hour window of when I scheduled my tow, he answered within 20 minutes which I loved. Sean actually performed my tow. I was scheduled for 8 am but he was EARLY which I again loved! He came, hooked the car up fast and went on his way. I did thoroughly appreciate his knowledge on cars when we discussed my main car issue and need for the tow, but I moreso appreciated his words of encouragement after. THIS IS THE PLACE TO USE!!!
