My fiance and I purchased our first home last year, and the basement flooded twice. It had no sump or drain system in place. Besides the flooding, we were consistently getting 'seeping' of water through the cinder blocks because we are on the side of a mountain. Nathan came out for a very thorough consult, and did a great job of explaining the possibilities and options for drain systems. He was honest and answered all of our questions. This was the ONLY company out of 4 that explained how we might have a monolithic foundation, and how it needs to be treated differently for safety purposes and to maintain the stability of the home. It turned out when they began to work, we did have a monolithic foundation, so the system had to be placed a little bit differently. The employees did a great job of installing the system, and answering all of our questions afterwards. It was also very appreciated how they were able to install a vapor barrier in our crawl space during the same week (we did not realize initially that they would also be able to provide this service.) Barbara worked with us to establish a payment plan that worked for us, which was extremely helpful and appreciated because we were paying for a few major projects at the same time. We have had the system installed for about 7 months now, and everything has been working great. We have reached out a couple times with questions/concerns, and usually deal with Sal. They provided advice on what kind of dehumidifier we should buy from Amazon and, since it was too heavy for these senior citizens to handle, had it delivered to their shop and delivered and installed it for us when they came to service our sump pumps. They even came on a Sunday afternoon when we had a problem with one of our sumps. Sal and Barbara run this family owned company the way you wish every home repair or service company was run. They come when they say they will, they provide written estimates with alternative approaches when appropriate and their crews never leave debris on your property. I have found their prices fair and the quality of their work excellent. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

My grandfather is a disabled veteran and they are on a fixed income. Chris sold them a dream and told them everything they wanted to hear so they would sign on the dotted line. They came in and did a little work, they boarded up the house and that was even a terrible job, and then when they got the check from our insurance company they ghosted us. They won't answer any of our calls unless we call from a different number and then they hang up on us. We don't have enough money for an attorney and don't know what to do. My grandpa went to the Veterans Association so I hope they make them return our money or rebuild our home but they aren't moving very fast because of the holidays. Our home is half destroyed because of the fire and it's getting worse because they didn't do a very good job boarding it up. I'm attaching a photo of their work.
