When we initially purchased our home back in 2017 we hired Nabil to replace all of the flooring in…read moreour home. We only had a one week window from the day we closed until our movers were scheduled to arrive because our short term lease was up, which was really stressful. We needed over 3k sq foot of flooring installed and Nabil and his team did an amazing job. Not only were they able to get all the flooring installed but also all of the last minute requests that I came up with, such as, painting the entire interior of the house, installing new electrical outlets, hanging TVs etc. Nabil was very patient with me and was fair on pricing. After such a great experience we decided to hire Nabil again to remodel our master bathroom and build me a one of a kind detached home office. Once again he and his team exceeded my expectations and accommodated all of my changes and additions along the way. By the end, he completely renovated the entire master suite and he even built a gorgeous deck off the side of my office. Due to Covid related impacts to the global supply chain we encountered many challenges when it came to sourcing materials. That is crazy fast considering my project also replaced all the flooring in my living room, electric work in the living room and new paint on ceilings and walls. It was lightning fast and there was major progress every day compared to other projects we have done. A few years back we used Lars for a 500 sq foot addition and reconfiguration in a different part of the house and my wife and I can say without a doubt we much preferred working with ADR. The price was much better and they don't try to gouge you if you make a small change that doesn't cost them money or time. From my experience and what i have heard you wont get that treatment with places like Lars, Jackson, or Murray. I have already recommended them to people I know.

For example, he had suggested MSI and Reece Bath & Kitchen to help select materials, and I was able to buy products from Reece Bath & Kitchen that were priced lower than if I bought them from big box stores. I had a very specific vision with choosing the materials, updating the layout, and paying attention to the details -- and Darrell made sure everything turned out right. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job with taking care of the details in the renovation project. I was most impressed when they laid down thick cardboard on the floor to prevent any scratching during the construction. They really take care of their clients. It's also re-assuring to know that they have a 15 year warranty. After the initial install of my kitchen sink faucet, I noticed a drip leak the next day, and the crew immediately came back to address the problem. We've had no leak since then, and everything is working great.
