They are local BVT grads, then went to Mass Maritime before starting their business. I called and someone picked up immediately. I had a very pleasant conversation with the person on the phone. I thought I was going to have to wait a long time for an appointment as it is summer, but he had a gentleman, Adam, out to us the next morning. Adam arrived at 8, on time, professional, called before he arrived. We had asked because we needed to lock up the dogs. Adam looked at our air conditioner and immediately identified the problem, explained it and took care of everything. He wore foot protection and cleaned up everything. The price was very reasonable and Adam recommended cleaning once a year and changing the filters twice a year. I highly recommend this company.

I signed a contract with Michael Masterson, owner of…read moreMasterson HVAC on September 25, 2021, to supply and install two ductless mini-split heating systems for one of my three family homes in Worcester. He supplied me with a detailed contract, certificate of insurance, ss# for 1099 purposes and detail on the Senville Mini-split heating/air conditioning system he proposed to install at my property. I wrote a check for $9,311 to Masterson on 9/26/2021 for the material cost so that Mike could order these two systems. He told me that the systems were back ordered but scheduled for delivery between October 20-november 3. When i inquired about them around November 3 he told me they got delayed to the 10th. When i inquired on the 10th i was told that he wasn't sure and would look into it. On the 12th of November when i didn't get a response i asked for the tracking # so that i could follow-up on the product as well. On November 18th after multiple requests for information i was told that the delivery truck got in an accident, the order was canceled, and the systems were returned. He then told me the systems were reordered and would now be delivered on December 15th. After that i asked multiple times for the tracking numbers on the order without receiving it. I also acquired a loan through my bank and Mass Save energy. On December 6 i received my last correspondence from Mike that he was in the process of resolving this? Multiple texts and calls after that were unreturned. At this point it's clear to me that Mike has no intention to either supply me the systems or to return my money. I will be contacting the better business bureau, the attorney general, his insurance company, informing the Mass save energy corporation where he is certified, and hire a lawyer to sue him for fraud!

    My wife scheduled a service appointment three weeks ago for today between the hours of 12pm - 4pm…read more At 3:09pm, I received a call stating that they would have to reschedule and offered tomorrow for service. I explained how my wife had to take time off from work (Not get paid) and how it felt really inconsiderate that they called so late to cancel. We're not available tomorrow and no other remedies were offered. Super frustrated that we waited for three weeks to be cancelled last minute. UPDATE: We spoke with management from Al's Oil shortly after the mishap. They were understanding and responsive to our frustrations. They rescheduled quickly and effectively met our needs. Al's Oil made up for the misstep and then some. Very appreciative for their response.

She didn't care that I had the tech conversation with me on our Ring cam that proves what I'm saying: "I get what you're saying, but it's not what he put on the paper!" I said, "So how come every time a tech comes out here, they lie about what they told me, seeing as it's happened each time?" Her reply was, "I don't know! I'll have to have a talk with them when they come in." I said, "Well, it's getting cold; we have barely any oil and don't want to put oil into the tank, seeing as he told me it would Contaminate it an not work properly! She didn't care, so I went, "Maybe I should have another company come out and look at the tank." She went, "You should, because we no longer want to work with you, and I'll let community action know. I'll email them." I said, "Okay, that's fine," then hung up! They are nothing but rude and never write down what they do on these service calls! I'd stay away! You guys are the worst oil company and so rude. Tammy is beyond rude and makes no sense. Seeing Tammy said it goes by what they wrote, not what they say in person, even though it's on my Ring camera. But we already found a new amazing oil company that doesn't play games and is honest and respectful, unlike your company. Tammy needs a new job, not to tell me she can't go off what I said, even though it happened in front of my Ring camera. None of your techs write accurate notes. So I will let everyone I know to never use your company unless they enjoy rude customer service where you get yelled at!
