As I write this review it is Thursday Jan 23rd and I have heard nothing from either one of them. Needless to say, I got somebody else. I am baffled how they blew me off and wasted my time. We have been calling and texting and now all phone lines are out of service and the email on the invoice is bouncing back.

I thought I was going to have to wait a long time for an appointment as it is summer, but he had a gentleman, Adam, out to us the next morning. Adam arrived at 8, on time, professional, called before he arrived. We had asked because we needed to lock up the dogs. Adam looked at our air conditioner and immediately identified the problem, explained it and took care of everything. He wore foot protection and cleaned up everything. The price was very reasonable and Adam recommended cleaning once a year and changing the filters twice a year. I highly recommend this company.
