After telling me the job would take ~3 days, he left the second day without all the old tile even being removed. He came on the third day, and then left at noon to get lunch or something. He never came back. He said he would drop something off that night, but never did. He never answered his phone again. I paid him 2/3 of his price and he disappeared without even having the old tile fully removed. It cost me more than his initial quote to have someone else come and finish the job. I don't think this business exists anymore, but just in case, I'm going to leave this review to say DO NOT HIRE this contractor. And if you do, do not pay anything in advance.

Alfonzo was very professional, worked hard and his craftsmanship was great. Alfonzo also cleaned up afterwards and got rid of the old door. He's honest, friendly, responsive, communicative - a skilled and extremely competent professional. About the work... quality, and completed efficiently and thoroughly. In general... Jose did tile, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and design work for me. As a result, he saved me from having to coordinate a lot of different people with specialized skills. The work he did in my kitchen, guest and master baths, and on my fireplace all turned out great. When unanticipated obstacles arose (like issues with plumbing inside walls), he simply fixed the problems. We made many smaller changes to the agreed-on work - mostly additions to what we agreed to originally - and had no issue agreeing to a final bill. He's just a very reasonable person. He was on time every day of the project and worked full days. He wore a face mask from start to finish. I'll be contacting him again for the next project I have and will be referring him to others in the meantime.
