Ziggy was the only contractor that would even come to give me an estimate for fixing this problem. After purchasing the house, we hired Ziggy to do the repair work. The work is rock solid! After that, we hired Ziggy to install a larger window in the garage. Later, we had an emergency when the siding company removed aluminum surround from two supporting balcony columns and discovered the columns to be so rotten they didn't touch the ground and crumbled upon touch. Ziggy came out the same day to replace those supports (roughly 25 ft in length, each), so the siding work could continue on schedule. His pricing has always been fair and reasonable.
