JME stole my truck and was so quick and irresponsible doing it that they blew my power steering box. They claim NOT responsible but courts do hold them accountable. This slow towing co. is terrible so terrible and slow that they missed the opportunity to tow a jerk that took my parking spot! JME towing is horrible....very slow and lie to the people who pay them....bad business....we sat a month at that place and paid to tow it and they did nothing but argue with us.....they are way too slow and dont know what they are doing....we had a different tow company tow us out of there....JME is terrible to say the least. ...wasted our money and a month of our time....they need to be put out of business for sure... Very hard to call this a business, People that work there are unprofessional and have no idea how to tow a car, or simply don't care. My elderly father's car was towed twice from his own parking lot with handicapped parking sticker on while parked ON HANDICAPPED parking spot. First time they returned the car back to us at no cost however it came back with bumper hanging off. Second time I had to go through his building office management to get anywhere with those morons. No regard, compassion or respect to elderly! This business should be shut down and definitely not supported by the city. Will be taking them to court! read more

This is probably the worst towing company I have ever seen. The lady I worked with was the rudest, most unhelpful person I have ever met and was really snippy when I was asking simple questions. NEVER EVER NEVER USE THEM. If your car is towed by them, get it back quick before they have time to break something. Oh but don't worry, they say they'll fix it, but they won't/aren't able to/need to get part etc. and then they just charge you storage over and over. read more

I called JME for a mechanic to come out to my car in Nahant soon after a snowstorm when I couldn't even get through to AAA . I left a message with the answering service, and I heard back within 10 minutes time. They listened attentively to my problem, and promptly dispatched a tow truck to my home. The phone service, Lee, as well as the driver/mechanic couldn't have been more respectful and helpful. read more

I will start by saying that these people are SCAMMERS who will find any and every reason to tow someone's car so that they can make money. All I have to say is that such practices is bad business and trust and believe this company will fall apart operating the way they do. The apartment where I live requires a special sticker on your car to park in the parking lot, otherwise your car will be towed. My car has the sticker on it and it is easily visible. Two nights ago at 1 am these people came cruising in the parking lot trying to make money and disturbing the peace. They were looking for the most idiotic reasons to justify towing peoples vehicles. After being awaken due to the tow guy arguing with a neighbor at this late hour about the spot her car was in, he now moves on to my car and is ready to take it away. At 1 am, I am stumbling out of bed to run outside and see why my car is being towed. This idiot tells me that I am double parked. The lines in the parking lot were done horribly and too narrow for any normal sized car, so parking is not easy. So due to my car not being centered he was ready to tow my car. Well excuse me that you did not make your quota and so now you want to prey on hard working folks over dumb rules that aren't written anywhere in the parking lot. I was disgusted by this reasoning and the fact that because this idiot has a tow truck that he thinks he can just tow anyone's car and get away with it. If I was stuck and this were the last company that could assist me, then I'm saying my prayers and remaining stuck because they are HORRIBLE. I do not recommend this company who scams people and thinks that they can drive around during the hours when people are asleep towing their vehicles. read more

Ok so my suv with only 50k miles was recently towed by JME. Now it had just come from its 50k dealership service and passed the state inspection only 7days prior. The suv had absolutely nothing wrong with it. Not a single MIL lamp light on. And so the tow truck driver came and towed the suv for non mechanical reasons. When he lowered the flat bed and tried to pull my 4wd suv up on to the ramp he didn't bother to take it out of 4wd and it wouldn't move but he kept winching it up until a terrible sound like that of a chain skipping gear teeth erupted. Or like a similar sound to the ABS kicking in on a slippery road during a hard stop. Now the driver realized that he made an expensive mistake. And he stopped the tow and went into my truck and then he turned the 4wd off, which he should have done first but failed to. He then fished with ease winching up my suv. But when I got in it the next morning the ABS, Slip, and VDC . Mil lights were on and the 4wd hi and low were all malfunctioning. Meaning the ABS wasn't working and, very unsafe. And the 4wd will not work. In low or hi. Now this problem was never there before as if it was I would have noticed and also it would not have passed the state inspection just a week prior. And nissan would have said something when they did its 50k service. The snapping sound is alleged to be a G-sensor. This according to the McLaughlin repair part of JME towing. As they plugged in a scan tool and said if it was broken they would rather fix the problem than have anymore bad reviews. This was told to me by a day shift driver. And so I thought great they broke it they repair it. But instead they told me that it was a G-sensor and they wouldn't be doing any such repair work. Totally contradictory from what I heard earlier that day. So I called back and asked out of sheer frustration if they could give a estimate for the repair. And was told that they wouldn't work on it even if I paid them. Wow. You would think that the alleged premier Allison transmission and general truck drive train specialists would have had no problem repairing what was broken by one of the JME careless tow truck drivers. Now I have sent my suv to the dealership service center for the repair job and its very costly like in the tune of $1200.00 so now I know why jme didn't want to correct the broken 4wd system. Oh yeah two others things worth mentioning first my friend recorded the entire tow gone wrong on his phone and im working on cleaning it up and formatting it. Once I do that I will put it up on YouTube. For what NOT to do when towing a suv on a flat bed. And secondly the dealership asked me if the suv had been towed in 4wd before I even opened my mouth about what happened. Its strange how they already knew why it was broken. So thanks jme towing of 20164wd blossom st lynn ma...and if you read the business card they now use it says "www. Keepingyourgear" what unsafe and without concern for our property. Stay away or make sure your car is looked at before so you can prove they broke it. And record the entire tow so you have proof like me. Next up is small claims court for civil litigation.
