Materials were lifted from the street during a restricted delivery window, while the neighboring roof and occupied rooms below received additional protection. The finished surface had a consistent slope instead of the shallow depressions that had formed around earlier patches. Following several rainstorms and one freeze-thaw cycle, the bedroom ceiling remained unchanged.
