I was given plenty of time to get changed and comfortable without feeling rushed or taking too much time. A ground-level heater made the massage table comfortable. It was also nice to finally find an LMT that used a reserved amount of oils/lotions so you didn't feel like you were walking out of the spa covered in Crisco. Montana asked me about problem areas and focused efforts on those muscle groups, applying just the right amount of pressure, checking in throughout to make sure everything was just right. I've tweaked some things in my back at the gym and these last few sessions have really helped. This is my new go-to spa for massages. It's ease to book the same week which works really well with my schedule. Montana and the staff are awesome!

I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. When entering the lobby, I was greeted by a friendly, lonely checkin girl. I was a little surprised by the minimalistic, cold concrete environment. Usually most spas are warm and calming. This location had cold concrete floors and a hard wooden bench to sit and wait. However, once you went into the massage area, it was soft lighting and a unique spa area without your typical rooms, rather they were canvas dividers. This provided visual privacy but was limited on audible privacy. I could hear those in the adjacent area. They did have a nice ocean sound machine instead of the typical spa music. I kind of liked it. As for the massage, I felt listened during the initial consultation. I wanted a firm deep tissue massage. My therapist did a great job at checking on the pressure and overall pleasure of the experience. I will definitely do the 80 minutes massage next time. I went with the 50 min for my initial experience since I have been having so much bad luck with horrible massages. I liked this massage enough that I would enjoy a longer session next time. Overall my experience was very positive. I didn't sign up for a membership because I'd like a few more experiences with this spot before committing to more regular sessions. Plus, I feel they are a little overpriced compared to other places, especially when they up charge the deep tissue massage.
