He wasn't pushy at all, with the exception of the retaining wall adjustment, the price never changed. We got several quotes, and the prices were all fairly similar. But Tony took the time to send us photos and videos of the roof so we understood exactly why each part of the work needed to be done. That transparency is why we chose him, and we couldn't have been luckier that we did. Once the work began, it turned out our roof hadn't been built to code in the first place. Years of water damage meant the plywood and even several rafters had to be replaced. Tony walked us through every step and kept sending us videos throughout the process.
