Scheduling team: C, when there were scheduling issues when an inspector couldn't make it out, they scheduled me for the next day without telling me and said "I agreed over the phone" when I had asked if they had other times/inspectors available over the weekend and they said they'd call back over the phone to let me know, but never did (prompting me to call them after a few hours).

I asked my friends if they had any recommendations and one said, Brittany Davis with Performance Inspections. My friend said, "She's awesome and super knowledgeable and made me feel really confident about knowing the condition of our home. She doesn't talk down to you and say's it how it is, no bologna." We'll I liked that reference! I put out some bids on yelp and when Brittany's office called me, their quote was competitive and they were able to get her out to the house the following day. Also their office staff was so sweet and when I mentioned, could she ask Brittany to pay special attention to the upstairs plumbing/showers, as we knew the homeowners didn't use that part of the house often, so any issues might be unknown....she said absolutely! She was totally understanding and not weird about the little extra I was asking for. This is not our first home purchase, so not our first rodeo. We were super impressed with Brittany's thoroughness, no beating around the bush, attention to detail and ability to communicate that verbally to my husband immediately following the inspection. Her report arrived within the next 24 hours and like I said, this isn't our first inspection and I feel very confident with her abilities to seek out issues and communicate them and it has made the purchase of this home so much less stressful, given the quality of her inspection.
