There's a farmer's market every Saturday (and another weekday) with lots of goodies, something for everyone and it's great that most vendors are now taking credit cards. Restrooms are usually clean, and depending on the day of the week or time of day, there may be a line, but usually moves quickly. Another fun fact is that there's an upstairs for events, and a handful of offices. Views can't be beat and love that the ferry picks up/drops off right by an entrance. Many benches and tables available to sit and enjoy the food and views. Accessible by BART, MUNI, or by foot. Already thinking about my next visit to the Ferry Building. #22/2026

They also advertise that they have a second floor, but when I went up the stairs, there was just a small room with more garbage. This antique store epitomizes San Francisco, an inferior damaged broken city with damaged residents who desperately want to appear classy but are broken inside. This is vastly different from the Sausalito location where a customer is actively and warmly engaged. Do the Ferry building employees get trained on ignoring customers? Or do they specifically hire zero customer service individuals? How will they know if a customer is looking to purchase a full 10- piece dining set? They should really invest in the minimal amount of customer service training. They are losing out on business or maybe they just don't care.
