The next day, when my sump pump failed, Todd returned and installed replacements. Todd listened to my concerns and repeatedly went out of his way to help me. He noticed things in the environment that needed a little fix here or there and he fixed them, not charging me extra. Todd took time to help me understand the issues in my basement so that I'm knowledgable about my home in the future. Todd charged a VERY fair price for his services and charged me nothing for repeated trips. I highly recommend All Dry Basement Solutions. If they could work in other areas of my home, I'd never hire anyone else. Todd also has good people working with him. Both Cara and David were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and nice. Thank you so much!!!

Not really all that impressed. Larry sold me ocean front property in Arizona in the beginning, and…read moreI bought it for the smooth price of 50k. So, they surely have a hell of a salesmen as the end product was not at all what I expected nor was told. To preface, I bought a 175-year-old house with a stone foundation that was bowing. Larry told me I'd get two new foundation walls; it would take two weeks & I would get updates daily. I got one update from Mike 1.0, he seemed nice. Work stalled a lot in the beginning. Seems like they only worked every other day when I was told by the salesmen "once we start a job were there until it ends, we don't bounce guys around" whatever, things happen. Two weeks in when the job was supposed to be complete, I go to check on the progress, and my basement is completely flooded with 4-5 inches of standing water. Somebody had shut the sump drainage hose in the basement door pinching in likely while racing out on Friday. I text Mike 1.0 who informs me he hasn't even worked for the company in over a week. Lovely update! Mike 2.0 the new foremen was nice. Sucked he had to apologize profusely for the way the company's leadership is. I had requested several times for Todd to call me or meet with me to go over the issues. Still haven't heard from him. Four weeks later now the job is "done" & not at all what I was expecting. Poured walls halfway, House isn't even sitting on new "foundation" I was told I was getting. Was charged almost 2 grand for "basement clean out and debris removal" when the debris was tossed into my cistern and the basement is in the same state as it was before. Not sure what they cleaned out or removed (besides the already functional & existing sump pump and corresponding extension cords) Charged almost 5 grand for a sump pump that's duck taped together and leaking at the discharge directly back into the foundation. All in all, would not recommend. Office lady is kind whenever she answers. Company has a serious communication issue. Your foremen's need a raise for having to answer for the company's shortcomings, because the owner surely does not.

I would not recommend prostruction, Cody Locci for any home construction projects. Cody started as…read morea professional contractor, however as the project got more involved, it was clearly beyond his level of skill and he began to show a lack of professionalism. We originally brought him in for exterior work, and then an interior basement remodel. The interior basement remodel seemed to be beyond his skill level. He made executive decisions on a house that he did not own without asking permission from us. He framed out the walls, with incorrect measurement between studs, incorrect sizing for door frames and uneven window framing. Sheetrock was a whole other issue. He brought in "workers" he has never met or worked with before and did not supervise them with lack of communication to us ( the home owners). He allowed strangers in our house while we were not there and allowed them to "work" without checking on their work. The taping job was terrible, and had to completely redone. They put the ceiling around a pipe in our ceiling and Cody claimed "it was the best he could do". When addressed with Cody, he claimed it was a finished look and we were ok with pipes being exposed. We agreed if he was unable to cover a pipe that would be ok, but a pipe through the ceiling was not a finished look. His "workers " also cut our existing stairs without permission from us. Cody then hired a guy to finish the taping, who has been fabulous . However after he hired him, Cody became even more unprofessional and cut off almost all communication with us and just put all HIS remaining work on the other guy, which was fine with us because he fixed everything however because he did not provide him with any assistance, the remodel took 4 months to complete and when given deadlines, Cody was not respectful of those deadlines .. he told us the job would be done March 18th- but did not do anything to ensure that deadline was met and continue taking on new projects and neglecting ours. Our project was finally completed May 25th, and that was with us as homeowners, finishing projects ourselves because Cody was no longer willing to complete any work with us. When sending the final invoice, he sent it without any sort of communication in months, expecting to be paid that day. He did not check in with us for satisfaction of completion nor has he even looked at the final job. Cody also stated he was withholding the final electrical inspection that was needed for the certificate of occupancy until payment had been received, which felt threatening to us. When we did finally receive the electrical inspection, non of the information was accurate. I have attached some pictures of Cody's work... he stated in his mission that he has an eye for detail, however these pictures show that is an incorrect statement

They patched the holes and applied an epoxy coating over the whole patio with a natural sand texture. Its beautiful, its easy to clean. It shouldn't have taken a "derogatory" (as the owner has described it) review for them to realize this, but some people learn quicker than others. I stand 100% behind my statements in the original review, and what the owner told me verbally when I brought up the difficulties of contacting them because I was given an outdated business card: "You're busting balls. Stop or I'll cancel your job". His exact words, followed by an abrasive, hostile excoriation. You simply don't want to do business with a company whose approach to customers resembles 60-grit sandpaper. I went with a different local company that did the work of repairing my fire-damaged Fortress Stabilization basement reinforcement straps with courtesy, respect, and integrity. That company, by the way, pointed out that the predecessor to The Concrete Team ("Upstate Concrete Raising") had not properly installed the original straps - failing to anchor the straps in the concrete floor. That's an operative reason for not hiring them, but the attitude that comes with the company is the icing on the cake.
