They were young, knowledgeable and energetic. The team leader assured me they would complete the job in a day. They delivered as promised. The site supervisor Branden was very professional and great at communication. He stayed in touch with me describing how the team was progressing. He also made sure the team members took breaks especially given the extreme heat. I gave them 2 and a half cases of water to make sure they stayed hydrated. Meanwhile, my neighbors were fascinated by the technology. They came out to marvel at the 42 foot ladder with the motor and pulley system that delivered supplies from street level to the rooftop in seconds. It spared workers backbreaking stress and made the project go faster. I really needed a new roof and roof drain. My ceiling was leaking. Your estimator, Josh, was intelligent and explained the roofing process clearly. As for the estimate, the price he provided was very fair and I was so happy with his presentation. He didn't pull scare tactics as some competitors did. Some of them also wanted to charge 30 percent more. The office staff was also great at conveying information. They were nice, efficient and easy to talk to. I called up 9 roofing companies. I'm glad I picked S & G. I figure my home renovation begins from the top down.You saved my roof and in doing so you saved my house. I'll try to get back up on the roof to show the completed work which is awesome. Not a man of his word... he told me to call him when I was ready to pick up the load, however, he pulled the dumpster I rented for $400, two days prior to the week's rental timeline and didn't even give me the courtesy to let me know. When I called him to tell him that I was surprised that the dumpster was removed early and for clarification on what happened, he didn't even remotely apologize He also lied and said he picked it up on Thursday and said he gave me some "additional days". Thanks to cameras on my home.. he can be held accountable. He had an appalling attitude upon delivering the dumpster as well. I will not be using Affordable Dumpsters services again and I highly suggest you don't as well. Spread the word. I certainly know I will. He is one deep and that alone is telling. He does this job by himself at the age of 65 or so and crying that he doesn't have help. I can see why. I am surprised this didn't draw a red flag earlier for me. But you know now.. you have been warned. He behaves very entitled, privileged and narcissistic. And although I am only one of maybe 10 reviews on this site, I would highly recommend you consider another dumpster company when in need. Don't put yourself through this.

If I could give a zero instead of a one I would do so…read more I had a clogged sewer drain. Sing and his assistant arrived with a snake machine. No other equipment such as a shop vac or a safe way to handle the sewage water. No tarps to protect the rug, curtains, or furniture. In an effort to find the pipe opening, they removed 10 buckets of sewage water, carrying the sloshing filth through the room and hallway and dumped the stuff in the street. Someone called the police after stepping in feces. Sing never found the opening to the pipe. He charged $400 and departed. Later he came back to clean up the sewage he had thrown in the street. The next day a different plumber used a crowbar to find the opening to the pipe and inserted the snake. Once the clog was cleared, all the sewage water went down the pipe. He then used his shop vac to thoroughly clean the area.
