My wife and I have been going to this Massage business for a few years now and it's always been 5 stars! We generally get a deep tissue massage for one hour. The pressure fits our preference and they are willing to make adjustments to suit the clients needs. Their massage is thorough, going from head to toe and they focus on areas that may be tighter than others. They also add hot stones for no additional charge, which is atypical. There are businesses that will upcharge hot stones, oils, etc, but Oasis has it all included. This business has nice soothing music while getting a massage, it's very spacious and gives couples or individual massage. I was seven months pregnant and my boyfriend got me a gift certificate for a massage. On multiple occasions I made an appointment through the website and then received a follow up email stating that the scheduled time cannot work on their end. I ended up not being able to get a prenatal massage before giving birth but went for a massage about three months after I had my baby. When I booked, I told them that my certificate was for a 90 prenatal massage, but I'd be using it on a 60 min regular massage. Prior to the massage I inquired how I would be compensated for the difference in either time or money as the prenatal 90 minute massage was significantly more of a cost than the massage I received. After taking my gift certificate at the time of payment, I was told I needed to email the owner for the difference in time. In my communication with the owner, she then decided to tell me the gift certificate was for a one time use only and I would receive nothing as a credit. I respectfully tried to explain that I wasn't looking for money back, but some form of credit towards an additional massage. She was rude and disrespectful to me via email and essentially stole my boyfriend's money knowingly ahead of time. If this was the outcome, she should have indicated it ahead of time when I originally inquired. She waited for me to use the certificate at approx 60% of its value before telling me I would not have any credit towards another massage. I would not recommend this practice to anyone moving forward.

Unfortunately, the facility has hit a bit of a decline lately. What used to be impeccably dry, clean floors are now prone to dust and hairballs, and it's gotten so wet in the wet sauna areas that they've just started putting out "caution" signs instead of actually keeping it dry. I've seen quite a few people slip. Even the "unlimited" towel perk has been downgraded to a strict two-towel limit, and the food portions and quality have shrunk exponentially compared to the cost they charge it at. That being said, there is one major saving grace: the Korean auntie who does the body scrubs. She is an absolute legend and deserves a massive raise for everything she puts up with! She's the main reason the experience still feels somewhat authentic and worth driving to. The rooms are also on the smaller side, so if you go during peak hours, it's definitely more "crowded" than "calm." Honestly, the only reason I still make the trip is that it's the only K-spa within a reasonable driving distance from Boston. If there were more local options, I'd probably skip the decline here and head straight to NJ or NYC for a higher-quality experience. It's still a decent option if you're desperate for a scrub and a soak without the four-hour drive, but I really miss the high standards they had at the beginning.

Someone else mentioned that when they checked in, they were given no orientation to the space and I had the same experience. It was put your shoes in a bag and here's where the locker room is. It's OK, I figured it out pretty quickly, but it might've been nice considering they were not busy at the front desk. I lived in Korea and have experienced authentic Korean bathhouses. This is not it, but I appreciate that the space exists and all different kinds of people were utilizing it.
