The waxer was incredibly polite and kind but did not do a great job. I had high expectations due to my last EW Waxer whom I saw regularly when I lived in New York, but this was disappointing regardless. They are uneven, she missed areas and I have a chunk missing from one brow. Do not rely on them for eyebrows!! I'm sure other areas are great, since it doesn't take as much precision/artistry.

I am extremely disappointed by my experience at the Smithfield location. I went last month and…read moredidn't have a great experience but I went back the other day since I live five minutes away. I will not be back. The waxes laid the wax all one way, not caring which way my hair grew (especially on my back thigh). She also laid wax the length of my entire leg and left the wax on for a long time while laying 3 other strips. My legs are so irritated. I have been doing monthly leg waxes for years and this has never happened. The wax kept breaking (probably because the wax was left on my legs for so long). There's parts of my legs that look like I shaved because the hair is just cut and not pulled out. Besides that, so much hair was left. She also told me the inner thighs were not included in my leg service. Again, I've been getting leg waxes for years at EWC and have never had strips of inner thigh hair left. She said she would do it for me even though it's not included. However, I'm going to need to get another leg wax in a week to get all the cut hairs left over. What a waste of $100! Also, the waxed was extremely unprofessional. She checked her phone whenever it buzzed, leaving my leg wax on longer. She also talked about how busy she was the other day, waxing forty individuals. She told me when she went home she had to ask someone if she smelled like "coochie and ass". Talk about unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable while I was naked on the table.

We never have trouble making an appointment for a time that fits our needs. Additionally - I feel their Covid policies are excellent. There is an air purifier in the waiting room, temp checks upon entering (which IMO only give piece of mind but no actual confidence of lack of virus) and diligently wash pens. I have noticed on occasion that windows were open to increase the air flow, and the office is warm and toasty every time. I am usually terrible at keeping appointments - but with Aspire it is easy. We are always in and out, today I barely sat down before they called us in. In the event of snow cancellation I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to reschedule to accommodate. The only thing keeping it from a five star is the one time I went in and they told me my referral had expired (it hadn't for that visit but the first girl made it sound like it had) and they also wanted me to tell them what insurance is primary - which has always been an issue and when I call both companies I have gotten different answers. Some billing departments figure it out on their own. One insurance company told me to have our pediatrician bill both as primary and see which one works. I now know it's a DOB thing, but at the time someone asks me I'm always thinking your guess is as good as mine.

It was fun for me to listen to conversations around, and also be included in them, while not being a regular. I also feel like Tayla really means what she says - I didn't feel pressure to book an appointment, I commented on how my last hair cut was all uneven and I was cutting off like three inch chunks when I left and I know I don't go often but I still want a solid cut when I do and I felt like she meant it when she validated my opinion. The location is convenient for me, it was easy to book, and I have long hair that I actually like right now. I look forward to going back and may try and make it happen sooner than six months.

I grew up in Smithfield and started coming here the year that Krista opened---5 years ago!!! Now, I live in Westerly, which is AN HOUR DRIVE and I commute 2 hours every 2 weeks just for my lashes!!!! And I literally have no regrets because the product is so worth it. I go to Krista, the owner, but Kaitlyn is just as amazing, my best friend went to Kaitlyn and was just as impressed with her work! Krista is so professional, clean, friendly and considerate of your concerns and issues. During the spring time, I have really bad allergies and Krista has come in early and stayed late whenever I have asked her to do so. Krista also goes over the entire lash products with you when you are a first time client; I had 100 questions and then some, and she was so patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have let my fake lashes fall off completely, to make sure that my real lashes were still there and they are healthy, strong and completely in tact, there is absolutely no damage. In fact my eye doctor complimented my lashes and said that they were the best extensions he had ever seen! I love the salon so much and feel so comfortable with Krista that I also get my hair done here now too! Recently, my grandfather passed away and Krista was so compassionate that she came in two hours early to make sure that my mom's color was done and she was able to relax and be pampered before the wake and funeral. It meant so much to her, and she said that Krista made her feel at home. During such a difficult and emotional time, this meant the world to my mom! All the girls that work here are professional, friendly, and masters of their work. I trust them implicitly with my hair, skin, lashes, everything!!!! I highly recommend Per Caso Salon!
