Once Covid hit we were informed by Kristina that it would be honored till April of 2021. However, I called three times over the course of two weeks and also emailed in between to schedule an appointment. I received not one call back from the owner. So my girlfriend contacted Groupon and we were refunded the cost of the massage. I highly recommend going elsewhere for this service. Horrible way to attract new customers.

Jody (my therapist) told me I would be sore the next day like I had just worked out, she wasn't lying folks. What really stood out for both of us though was the attention the therapists paid to our joints. Never before have I had a therapist work my knees or my actual shoulder joints it was really wonderful. Now the icing on the cake here is that they give you ten minutes after your massage to just relax. It was really so simple but just knowing that we didn't have to rush out gave us this little chunk of time to transition back to the real world. Finally I can't say enough about the level of customer service we received. I very easily set up and appointment via a text, which I always appreciate. Once I saw this, I immediately canceled the appointment as I do not agree with being charged in full a week before an appointment. The website said I had to contact the owner for a refund, which I did, and he said it would take a day or two. I never saw a refund and texted him again with no answer. I finally had to contact AMEX to dispute the charge, which is ongoing. So buyer beware!!

For at least 10 years, I've suffered the physical effects of daytime and nighttime jaw clenching. For several years, I've been experiencing regular 24 hour/day migraines for several days at a time. My headaches, neck and shoulder pain were interfering with my ability to sleep for more than a few hours each night. After the first therapy session, my pain level went from a 10 down to a 2 (on a scale in 1-10). During the 3 weeks following that session, I experienced 2 headaches that each lasted for part of a day and were treatable with ibuprofen. My jaw felt relaxed in a way that I hadn't felt in more than 10 years - the pain, pressure and tension were relieved. My sleep started to improve after 5 years of poor sleep, as I could suddenly fall asleep again after most wakings. A few weeks later, I returned for another session. I can't rate my pain now because the pain is gone. I haven't had a headache or even felt the suggestion of an oncoming headache. I feel occasional tightness in my neck. No headaches. My jaw continues to feel relaxed. I continue to sleep well and I can't believe I'm writing that! Steve's craniosacral therapy work treats the whole person. His work is intuitive and expert.
