I booked a full-body massage, but the session focused almost entirely on my back. When I tried to speak up, I was told that the therapist does not communicate during the session, which left no opportunity to correct the service while it was happening. I also experienced discomfort to the therapist during the treatment involving hot stones, since he didn't understand English he didn't understand when I say it's burning me . Overall, I felt unheard, and that the service did not match what I paid for. The staff at the front desk did not take my concerns seriously at any point. It was horrible experience as we all want to be listened and treated with respect specially when you paying for a service .
