A treat like a foot massage was NOT suppose to be aggravating, annoying and a waste of time. It was all of those things for me. Obviously appointments do not matter nor does the customer.

She was strong although my massage was supposed to be Sweedish and not deep tissue but I didn't mind. Until she jumped on my back !!! Never ever have I had anyone jump on my back before. When I asked her why she said in what I could understand ok ? Although it felt strange I let her continue. When she got off of me she got some hot stones and they were wonderful. When I left still feeling strange about her jumping on me , using knees and feet on my back ,I felt ok. 10 minutes later I couldn't move . My lower back went into spasm and was laid up for 3 days. This has never happened to me after a massage and I've had many. Place was clean and the actual massage was good besides the body on top of me. Maybe they should explain and ask if that's ok first ? Ask questions prior to starting massage what your preferences are ? Well. Needless to say I will not return to Health Spa in Medway.
