Cleanliness along with a great massage are my two biggest boxes that need to be checked, Cindy checks those boxes. The longer Review: I had rotator cuff(shoulder) surgery almost 2 years ago. Prior to the surgery I developed excruciating back pain and brutal sciatica pain. My back was overcompensating for the bad shoulder for years, doing all the work, and the muscles were petrified in a state of flex. I had had chiropractors, physicians injections, a team of massage therapists, Physical Therapy, you name it nothing loosened it up. The Physical Therapy definitely helped and eased the degree of pain though! Fast forward, the shoulder has been operated on but the back, shoulder, and neck pain still lingers... albeit the sciatica was gone! I have done a tour of massage places (spas) what have you in this area I must have hit each one at least once... Cindy was the first to give me some hope the back wouldn't be like this forever. I felt a little pop and it felt like such a relief I can't explain it. It took a few visits but I can turn to my left now without excruciating pain. I'm also doing core exercises and stretches everyday that focus on eleviating back pain but I'd been doing most of them all along, the only variable is Cindy. Give it a try!
