Unfortunately, this establishment failed to fulfill our expectations. The customer service is extremely pleasant, kind, and friendly. We are delighted that a new business has opened in Manteca. For us, the food was very bland. We tried their breakfast and lunch options, however they lacked the right amount of flavor. We love the open space, many tables for families to enjoy their meals and even karaoke sessions are a great way to enjoy a good time together!

The prices and food were really good and the service was great! We went at around 2pm today and they had just had a large catering order that wiped out several items in the hot counter. They were out of pork adobo and lumpia so I went with chicken adobo and pancit. The pancit was SO good and the chicken adobo had really good soaked in flavor. I'm looking forward to trying their lumpia and lechon (only on saturdays) next time.

New Filipino restaurant in Manteca. We missed the grand opening on Saturday 1/17/26 so we decided to check this place out for lunch the next day. They were only serving breakfast at the time we arrived which was around 12pm but they did later on have other dishes out. We ended up ordering 2 bangsilog and longsilog combo plates. The combo plates come with drinks. Overall, great food and service is nice and friendly. We will definitely come back to try out more of their dishes.

New Filipino spot in Manteca Craving some Silogs for breakfast so went to check out this place. Typically Silogs are a breakfast meal that has protein with garlic rice, eggs and vegetables. The Silogs were decent size for the price and you get a drink as well. $15 per plate, comes with meat, 2 fried eggs, 2 scoops garlic rice, a slice of tomato, and a drink (soda, bottled water). There is complimentary coffee, vinegar sauce, banana ketchup, chili oil. Service was friendly and patient, Leo took our order. Also met one of the owners, Joy, sweet lady. I heard they have karaoke nights as well, need to check the tour next time and will come back to try the lunch/dinner menu with more Filipino entrees.

Manteca is fortunate enough to have this new Filipino food spot open. We needed a place that offered Filipino cuisine, and we were in luck! This deli-style establishment has ample parking and seating. Tonight, they had karaoke singing for anyone brave enough to get up and sing. The family-owned business exudes warmth and friendly service. All the food is served deli-style so enjoy picking your dishes, there are plenty of options. I'm happy to say that we now have another local favorite spot. Here's a breakdown of the food: The chicken pancit noodles were flavorful and included pieces of celery, chicken, carrots, and cabbage. The chicken adobo was a hit. The rich sauce and juicy chicken were delicious. Don't forget to ask for the sauce over your steamed rice; you'll thank me later! My favorite dish was the beef machado. It was a savory tomato stew with soy sauce, citrus, and fork-tender beef. The potatoes, red, and green bell peppers were all cooked to perfection. My wife had the pork sinogang soup and enjoyed it. She only wished she had more vegetables. Overall, the soup was a hit. One last note: The two item plates come with a free drink. The one item plates does NOT come with a free drink.

The food tastes authentic, like a home cooked meal. Everything was really savory and flavorful. I ordered the lumpia, sweet pork, and pancit, and all of it was very good. The pork was my favorite and it was perfectly cooked. There's seating inside, very spacious. If you're looking for an authentic, family-owned spot, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try!

New in town! Glad to have Filipino Resto here in Manteca. Now I can get food here if i can cook.

I was charged $57 for these three items, which feels pretty expensive. Has inflation really gotten that bad?

AWARENESS: Following the Moral, Welfare and Recreation…read more(MWR), San Joaquin's page on Facebook, I learned for the next few weeks, some local food trucks would be on the base during lunch hours offering up some specialty food items for sale. Row's Roll, which I've had bookmarked for some time was on the list so, I decided to check it out. NARRATIVE: On January 23, 2026, I headed to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in San Joaquin to check out Row's Roll food truck for lunch. Arriving, I located Row's Roll truck parked amongst four other trucks in at the North end of base. After looking at the menu and not being to decide on just one item, I ordered; Chicken Adobo, Pancit and Lumpia to take home. With the order placed, I waited about ten minutes when I got the "your foods ready" from Row. Once at home, I took a few pictures of the food items before I dug in and here's what I have to say about the various items. Pancit - Nice and hot glass noodles sprinkled with diced green onions, Carrots and cabbage. Very good. Chicken Adobo - Three good size pieces of lightly breaded chicken and an over easy egg sitting on top of some very tasty and seasoned rice with two pieces of Lumpia as ad added bonus and nice addition. Again, very good. Lumpia - I believe seven pieces of pork filled Lumpia which was served al a carte with a sweet sauce. The Lumpia was crispy, hot and had that perfect crunch. Very good again. SCENE: Normally, Row's Roll is located at the Lathrop Food Truck Plaza. But for thee next few weeks, she and her truck will be doing lunch (0800-1400) at the DLA San Joaquin - Tracy, which is a Department of War installation requiring credited credentials for access. RECOMMENDATION(S): If you have access to visit Row's Roll at DLA for the next few weeks, take advantage. If not, she and her truck will be back in Lathrop soon. You can follow Row's Roll on Instagram or text to find their location.

I ordered the Southwest Tender Fries, and honestly, the only thing I could really eat were the tenders and the fries. Everything else ended up super soggy. On top of that, there was just way too much sauce--too much BBQ, too much ranch. And as much as I like sauce, it was overwhelming and just too much for my liking. Maybe this dish is better when dining in, but for takeout, I wouldn't recommend it. I also got a 10-piece combo with Peanut Butter and Lemon Pepper. The flavors were solid, but the wings felt smaller than I remembered, so they weren't as satisfying as they usually are. The one thing that absolutely hit was the garlic noodles--very delicious and honestly the best part of the whole order. Overall, not terrible but not great. A solid 3/5 based on this takeout experience.

Garlic Parmesan is a good taste combination for me and the chicken strips made that way sounded good. Also, I haven't had mozzarella sticks since leaving Philly. The driver didn't take too long and the food was reasonably warm. The chicken strips were really good but they barely had any cheese. I expected it to be grated Parmesan cheese but it was shredded. The mozzarella sticks were interesting. I expected gooey cheese, since they were warm and they were more like something I'd never tasted. They weren't bad and the sauce was okay. I suppose the food would have been much better in the restaurant itself but it's a long walk from here.
